Very disappointing experience. I have serious concerns that they performed a root canal retreatment on a tooth that didn’t need it, as my original symptoms remained unchanged. I was not properly informed that the filling was temporary or that permanent restoration was required within 30 days. The tooth subsequently fractured. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, management has failed to respond. Poor communication and a complete lack of accountability.

All female staff was very sensitive and informative when I was suffering with a terrible tooth infection. They got me in quickly and did the right thing by waiting to do the root canal until the antibiotics had time to kick in. They followed my insurance copay and I felt genuinely cared for.

Starting with Keyona at the front desk, who was so very pleasant & inviting . To Alexis the dental assistant, along side Dr Nguyen were great! I'm always very apprehensive before a dental appointment. Literally, I usually shed tears in the chair. Today, I had to have two root canals. And I can honestly say with the exception of numbing me (which wasn't so bad) I didn't feel any pain. I didn't shed not one tear. As a matter of fact, I fell asleep in the chair. It was just that comfortable and painless. Hopefully I won't ever need another root canal but if I do I'll be back to see Dr Robin Nguyen & staff! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Excellent service—from the moment you arrive at the front desk to the care provided by the assistant, Yania, and Dr. Yandy Gonzalez. Dr. Gonzalez takes the time to thoroughly examine and explain everything; the staff is friendly, and the office is very clean. I 100% recommend this Endodontic Specialists office in South Tampa. Be prepared for typical predatory healthcare. They literally tell you up front (the receptionist desk) that they recommend a "3D X-ray" that insurance "probably" won't cover, and they ask you to sign off on it. This tactic is repeated by the doctor--she suggested that the root canal might not be necessary, and could be confirmed exclusively by the 3D X-ray. What choice does one have but to trust the doctor? Naturally, this exclusive hi-tech X-ray confirmed exactly what the traditional X-ray showed. The only difference is $1,000 out-of-pocket. Shameless practice.

Had to get a root canal done and didn't feel a thing. Dr. Cwikla and his assistant Alexis were phenomenal.

No one wants a root canal but if you need one this is the place. The front office staff is great. The doctor is painless really gentle. His assistant Jasalynn is so helpful and informative. Eager to assistant you in what ever you need help with. I would give them 20 stars if possible.

This group is beyond amazing! I was in extreme pain and even though I had an already scheduled appt with them the following week they were able to squeeze me in, same day. Dr Gonzalez was extremely kind and helpful. He rushed to at least first make me comfortable and no longer in pain while he went to finish the patients he was already attending. He was quick and efficient and I left with a smile on my face 😁 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
