Don’t bother calling in to ask general questions. The lady on the phone is rude unless you schedule an appointment. I was gonna be going back but not anymore.

Such a great office. The entire staff is so friendly, professional and kind. The explained everything so well and I could understand. Dr. Young was very kind and professional. They completely handled all of my needs and the pricing was very reasonable.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and the entire experience was much better than I expected. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and caring from start to finish. From the receptionist who welcomed me, to the technician who made me feel comfortable, and the doctor who performed the procedure, everyone was so kind, friendly, and compassionate. The procedure went smoothly, and I truly appreciated how everything was explained and how well I was taken care of throughout the visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dental team. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time visiting this dental office. I came because my braces had been rubbing against the area near my wisdom tooth, causing a bump on the side of my mouth that had not gone away for over a month. I was worried that it might be something more serious. From the beginning, I had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. After making my appointment, I realized I could come in 30 minutes earlier, so I called the day before. They quickly adjusted my appointment time, which impressed me. I have visited other dental offices before, and I have never experienced such a prompt response. When I arrived, the registration process was quick and easy. The dental assistant took my X-rays, and Dr. Yang examined the area and explained that I only needed an adjustment to my braces and regular dental cleanings. I am actually very nervous about getting my teeth cleaned, but I still scheduled a cleaning appointment for July. The office is also very close to my home, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. Before coming, I specifically checked the Google reviews, and my experience definitely lived up to the positive ratings. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this dental office.

Forever grateful for Dr. Young and his staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They got us in quickly on a Saturday and fixed my daughter‘s tooth. They have helped my whole family in urgent situations and have always treated us with kindness, efficiency and have helped us tremendously . Thank you so much EQ Dental! Omg Where do I start!!! This is the most wonderful, kind, down to earth staff I’ve ever met! From the very beginning, they were all very kind and supportive despite of all the work I needed done they made me feel at ease and made me feel that it all can be done with time and in different appointments which made it feel less overwhelming for me, they took the time to explain every step to me, set up my appointments to work on each side of my mouth! They were flexible, understanding, and worked with me when I needed to reschedule because of work! The front desk staff are so kind and welcoming, the nurse was so amazing during my fillings appointment today and Dr. Young is so kind and knowledgeable! Next week I have my 2nd appointment to do the fillings on the right side of my mouth, They have financing options on their website too to make it easier to pay overtime. Overall I would give 10 stars if that was an option, so happy I found a dentist office I can trust. Thank you all for what you do! ❤️💐
