Ergowellness Physical Therapy & Aquatic Therapy / Spero Rehab

I have been to several physical therapists in my 75 years! I don't ususally post on google, but I wanted to send a special shout out to Mariel Mayhew at Spero Rehab in Oak Hill. Mariel is the BEST therapist I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to address specific issues at every session. Additionally, she is precise, clear in her instructions/demos and is a great listener. I look forward to my weekly sessions and believe she is helping me to understand how my body works and what I can do to improve in my daily routines. If I could give her a score of 10, I certainly would not hesitate. Thank you Mariel for your guidance and interest in my overall health goals!

Everyone at Spero Rehab Oak Hill has been very professional, upbeat, and helpful. I would like to shout out to my aquatic therapist, Patty Lifrak. Patty conducts a very casual-feeling session in the pool, but she is also very observant of my movements under water. Within weeks of starting my aquatic therapy at Spero Rehab Oak Hill, my legs are much stronger, along with my shoulders. I worked with Sammi for vestibular therapy after a car accident left me with a concussion. It's been tough, but she's helped me get even better than I was before the accident, even remembering and being mindful of my POTS and hypermobile symptoms throughout the process. I highly recommend!

When I was told to do physical therapy for multiple tears in my rotator cuff I was at a loss as to where to go. Fortunately a friend referred me to Mary Hine at Spero Rehab in Oak Hill. I am so glad to be workging with Mary. She is so knowledgeable & experienced, plus extremely patient with me. We've had to adjust my therapy from time to time to meet the condition of my healing process which I truly appreciate, because Mary listens to me & understands what is best. Dr. Josh Woodson was the first PT I've ever seen. He was really awesome to work with, led me through all of my weeks of training and got me healed up in almost exactly the time he said. He's very experienced and knowledgeable and I won't hesitate to see him for any future PT needs!

I want to thank the desk ladies Cameron and Raven for being very friendly and helpful in printing my schedule every week. Despite May changes in the schedule. They are both ever accomodating with a smile. When it comes to the therapist Andrea has been wonderful as well as Sammy. They are very knowledgeable and professional in how they treat me.
