Staff was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Office is clean. The doctor was very attentive. Very comfortable visit to the dentist office.
Each member of the staff is individually excellent at what they do while working together seamlessly to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. It is obvious that this is a place where people enjoy their work and take pride in what they do. I’m not saying I want to hang out there all the time (it is the dentist after all), but I will absolutely use them for ongoing dental care. I would definitely recommend them to my wife if her teeth weren’t so perfect.
The entire office is so welcoming and friendly. It really feels like they are happy to see you when you arrive and they move quickly to respect your time. I appreciate the clear communication about what the process will be for your visit and the time they take to answer any questions you may have. I always leave feeling like I can’t wait to come back for my next cleaning or other more in-depth procedures, and that’s saying something for a Dentist’s office. Huge thank you to Brittney, Alex, Ariel, Sonja, Kate and of course Dr. Brown. If I missed someone, thank you as well! See you next time!
I had my first appointment here after 20 years at the local pediatrics, and had a phenomenal visit! Sonia was SO patient, so kind and so thorough, walking me through the xray images, and explaining her cleaning process. Dr. Brown was so personable. The woman at the front desk was an angel on earth as she sat with me for a good 20 or more minutes to find my insurance, saving me hundreds! Such a great team and beautiful office.
Dr. Browns office in Monterey is such a welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly office. My daughter and I have been treated by Dr. Brown and Dr. Ward- both were kind and so helpful! Talked us through each procedure step-by-step, which put us at ease. I recommend to my mom group, friends and family. Thank you Monterey Office!
