I felt like I was in good hands!
Love this office!!! And have always loved the care I get here …!! However, I don’t want to see AI my dentist office, my dr’s office or any health care provider. I want AI to be used only when absolutely needed. I was disappointed that they asked if I minded them using it to shorten dictation time. I want a person typing in what they saw and what procedures needed moving forward.
Well run office. No waiting for appointments. Positive attitudes and helpful staff. Concern for patients care is evident with every staff member.
For years I had dentophobia due to past traumatic dental experiences, primarily because of the staff. Avoiding the dentist has cost my oral health dearly. When I walked into Dr. Essenmacher's office, I felt calm. No rush. No negative energy. A positive and calm environment. When I went to the dentist's chair, the hygienist was amazing. I explained to her my anxiety, but she was reassuring, had a calming voice, and walked me through everything she was going to do (e.g. X-rays, oral exam, etc). And when she proceeded to do the exam, she went slowly and thoroughly. Dr. Essenmacher discussed my options in a concise and clear manner. They were both so patient and kind. Elisha and Dr. Essenmacher have restored my faith in dentistry. If I could give more stars, I would.
I went in today in excruciating pain. They were able to get me in quickly. I don’t have insurance but was able to get in on an introductory plan. Dr Essenmacher was very kind understanding and informative She relieved most of the pain until I could see the specialist she referred me to the next day. Her calm and attentive demeanor settled all anxst I had. Her attention to detail is appreciative. The whole staff is very kind and welcoming. Highly professional yet empathetic . This is the dentist you want.
I had an amazing experience at Essenmacher Family Dental. The entire team treated me with genuine kindness and care and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I’ve never experienced a dental office like this before. The quality of their work is outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who really cares about their patients.
Best dentist/dental cleaning I've ever had hands down. I used to be told that I had "A+ teeth" that didn't need a lot of cleaning; but when I started coming here I feel like my teeth and gums get a deep clean every time. My teeth feel so smooth; they recommended sealant on a couple molars without me having to ask (I had been asking my previous dentist about that for years and they said it wasn't needed despite food getting stuck in my molars); and they're just the kindest most friendly bunch of folks I've ever met. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.
Dr. Essenmacher and her team are unprecedented! They set the standard for the industry, as far as I am concerned. I have received superior attention at every visit. This practice truly cares about patients and it shows. I highly recommend Essenmacher Family Dental! 😃
