I've been with Eugene family dental my whole life. In 45 years I've never had my teeth cleaned anywhere else. Today I found out I will have to change dental clinics because they do not contract with Oregon health plan. It's very unfortunate.

Ben and the amazing team at Eugene Family Dental have been outstandingly compassionate , attentive and caring , and top notch in skills and client-centered care for me for 15 years! I came to them with post-dental trauma after experiencing an awful dentist years ago. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Highest recommendations!

I'm a new patient but over the course of just a few weeks I've had an initial exam by Dr. Thomas, a very thorough (but gentle) cleaning by Celestine and, the big one, Dr. Thomas recemented (and adjusted) a Maryland bridge that had been out of my mouth for over one year. When I fist saw Dr. Thomas, I had no expectation that the bridge could be "saved" (2 other dental offices that examined me had told me it would no longer fit). However, Dr. Thomas carefully evaluated the situation and determined that it was possible, and, with the help of dental assistant Karissa, he completed the process successfully!

Dr. Ben Thomas is the best dentist I have had. The entire office is so nice and accommodating. I would refer anyone to his office.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are top notch. Dr. Thomas is clam, mild mannered and has a great chair side manner, which is so important in dentistry. He is gentle and has created a relaxing atmosphere in his office. The staff are friendly, the technicians and hygienists are experienced and knowledgeable. They put effort into knowing their patients and not just treating them. I also come from a 20 year dental background and would highly recommend Dr. Thomas for any dental needs you have.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. You are greeted with a smile and the waiting room is very appealing. From my very first visit with Dr. Ben Thomas, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself.
