Horrible service left me waiting to have a cavity filled for OVER A YEAR! I was told I had a cavity and I couldn’t schedule an appointment to have it filled because there was a wait list so I would have to wait and be contacted by CCAP. A full year later I get a phone call saying I need to schedule an exam. I ask about getting the cavity filled and they tell me I was supposed to call and now I need to see a new doctor for an exam before the cavity can be filled to make sure is ‘only just a cavity’. I tell them it’s completely contradictory information that I would be expected to call and schedule an appointment. No one apologized, no one took responsibility for anything.

To begin with this is place is amazing!!!! I was treated so nicely from the receptionist Alejandra & anija . And from Dr.barry to Dr.Jake !! They went above and beyond to resolve my tooth pain and extracted my tooth the same day I went in . I definitely recommend this place . they have a loyal customer with me , This is we’re I’ll be going for future appointments. Thanks to all the members of ccap .

I absolutely adore Justin and most of the staff there. There’s an older woman that answers the phones and she just shouldn’t be allowed to speak to any patient. She’s beyond rude and looks bothered the entire interaction. If you call and get her on the phone she will absolutely cut you off before you can finish any sentence. It’s someone like that, that can ruin a facility. As a phlebotomist that deals with patients daily I would never talk to anyone coming in the way she does. Nor do I make my patients feel as though they’re annoying or a bother. Time to retire.

Dental Service - Great Service! So happy to have found this gem through my health insurance. The staff from the front desk to the dentil assistant and dentist herself Dr. Barry were amazing professional, efficient and effective. The front desk gentlemen made the check in and check out process so easy and smooth. The staff was kind and patient. Highly recommend it! Thank you for everything you do!

I have been going to Kristen Stewart for many years she goes way above and beyond she has sent me to several different referrals and they all work she treats each patient like a family member she is out standing. I know she is always busy if I need or have a message to be delayed I ask for my nurse Sharon she is amazing and gets the problem solved in the same day. Call center representative are very friendly front desk staff are so friendly. Kristen and her team are the best. I would give 10 stars if it was possible
