⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I cannot recommend Dr. Purewal highly enough. After experiencing trauma to my front left tooth in my 20s, a crack below the gum line went undetected by a previous dentist and slowly deteriorated over the years. By the time I came to Dr. Purewal, I was facing a difficult situation and was understandably anxious about my options. What immediately impressed me was how transparent and thorough she was. She took the time to explain exactly what was happening, discussed every treatment option available to me, and never pressured me into a particular choice. One option was a three-tooth bridge, but because my teeth are naturally straight and healthy, I wasn’t comfortable with that approach. Unlike a previous dentist I had seen, Dr. Purewal truly listened to my concerns and worked with me to find the solution that was right for me. We ultimately chose a Maryland bridge, and I could not be happier with the result. In fact, my new tooth looks even better than the original one did. It blends so naturally that no one can tell the difference. For the first time in years, I feel completely confident in my smile again. Beyond her clinical skill, Dr. Purewal is kind, warm, gentle, and incredibly compassionate. She never made me feel embarrassed or judged about the condition of my tooth. Instead, she showed genuine empathy for what I had been through and made me feel supported every step of the way. Dr. Purewal didn’t just fix my tooth—she gave me my smile back. I am deeply grateful for her expertise and care, and she has absolutely earned a lifelong patient. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, honest, compassionate, and truly puts her patients first, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Purewal.

Terrible decision, definitely not recommended to anyone did a long and expensive/very painful implant treatment and just a month after it came out, Dentist Rupinder Purewal said she is not responsible for the procedure she did. Very disappointed and frustrated with this dental office, she recommended extraction/implant, I lost my tooth/ Money / time and all the pain in process to walk away toothless Definitely a place to avoid, they are not professional nor accountable for their mistakes.

Dr. Rupinder Purewal delivers dental care at an exceptional level. Her attention to detail is truly celebrity-grade, and the clinic itself feels next-generation state-of-the-art equipment, immaculate surroundings, and a calm, modern atmosphere. From the very beginning, my children and I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Purewal. She is patient, gentle, and incredibly reassuring, making the experience stress-free for both adults and children. What truly stood out was the cleaning and the comprehensive gum, teeth, and bone health assessment. This was the first time I experienced what a true professional dental visit should look like. Unlike past experiences that felt rushed or mediocre, this was thorough, precise, and clearly done with a deep level of care and expertise. Dr. Purewal came highly recommended by a colleague, and she has proven to be an absolute gem. We are grateful to have found such an outstanding dentist and would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking top-tier dental care.

My experiences with dentists in the past have made me scared to visit dentists but my experience at Evergreen Dentists today was very pleasant and I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Purewal and her team in this office. The doctor patient care was the best treatment I have received in the past few years. Dr. Purewal and her team were exceptionally caring, patient and very thorough in their work. Dr. Purewal is very attentive and was very thorough in explaining each step of the process and she goes out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience and I would highly recommend them if someone is looking for new dentist.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt inclined to share my experience. I have really bad dental anxiety and Dr.Purewal made me feel comfortable and safe. Her staff just adds on to the experience and are super friendly and helpful, I had so many questions and they were able to answer each and every one without making me feel like a bother. Safe to say I will definitely become a long term patient here.

I Was told by my dentist to see an endodontic for my tooth #3 which had a previous undergone a root canal and was showing a possible infection. Because of the strong online reviews I went to EVERGREEN DENTAL and saw Dr. Rupinder Purewal. Dr. Rupinder Purewal told me based on the X-rays that the infection was so big that the tooth could not be saved. She said she believes that my root canals had broke and that’s what caused the infection this was December 6 2025. She gave me two option implants or a bridge. She suggested I get a bridge procedure for $4k +plus (Extraction, bridge, treatment , crowns , etc) or implants for 5k + plus. I was shocked by this prognosis and found it difficult to accept, so I decided to seek a second opinion before proceeding with any irreversible treatment. 3 days later I made an appointment EDENVALE DENTAL OFFICE. They suggested that I see a ROOTCANAL SPECIALIST BEFORE MAKING ANY PERMANENT DECISIONS. They referred me to “Endodontic & Implantology Associates” on 6080 Hellyer Ave. Suite 150 San Jose, CA 95138. 12/16/25 I met with Dr. Salvia Javidan performed a comprehensive CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) scan to obtain a detailed three-dimensional view of the tooth and surrounding structures. Dr. Javidan carefully explained that there was indeed an infection present, likely caused by either a new area of decay or a fracture in the root. She outlined the potential outcomes: if the issue was decay-related, she could clean the area and retreat the root canal, followed by replacement of the existing crown. However, if a root fracture was confirmed, extraction and an implant would be necessary. There was an opening and since I got a babysitter that day I said yes to the procedure. Dr. Salvia Javidan SAVED MY TOOTH. I didn’t have to pull it out. My procedure was called root canal “RETREATMENT “I’m writing this review so that for those who want to get a second opinion. Do it for yourself Before making a permanent decision you’ll regret. They waved my $300 consultation fee since I got it done the same day. CBCT scan was $120. Retreatment was $1750.

Updates on Nov. 2025. Filed complaint to both Dental Board of California and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for Rupinder Purewal for 1. Unethical treatment pressure – refusal to perform a regular cleaning and pressure to accept unnecessary deep cleaning, given dental note documented gum pocket depths measured at 2–4 mm, bone levels were normal, had only mild gingivitis. 2. Coercion – attempt to refuse to release records unless I deleted my review. 3. Failure to provide complete records – despite multiple written requests. 4. Potential record manipulation – providing a periodontal chart with an incorrect date, suggesting alteration of records. My complain is only to the newly joined dentist Rupinder Purewal. Other dentals and staffs I experienced in this org were very friendly and professional. Wish this org becomes great again. ————————— I have been having regular teeth cleaning every six months and floss cleaning every day. I have also being a customer with Evergreen dentist. The original dentist Dr. Guo is one of the best. However, the new joined Indian lady dentist made me feel that she just kept selling up-charged services, such as deep cleaning, Invisialign (totally over 2k out of pocket). She even declined to provide regular teeth cleaning if I don't do deep cleaning at the same day. When I visited on January in Evergreen Dentist, Dr. Guo confirmed to me verbally that deep cleaning is not necessary for me. And none of my previous dentals suggest teeth alignment, while she keep advertising this couple thousand dollars service. I later check another dental and she confirm that I don't really have to do those. I think they will keep losing their customers if they continue to treat customers like a fool. I even want to sue that dentist for upselling unnecessary services! I would like to give even 0 star rating due to owner's response. During the visit, the doctor only took x-ray for 2 teeth that did filling before. How can the dentist recommend deep cleaning for ALL teeth just based on just the x-ray for two teeth??!! Why not further evaluation??? Why the statement changed so dramatically within just 6 month from different dentist even within the same org??? Is your previous dentist Dr. Guo not professional at all??? However, Dr. Guo did do the full scanning of x-ray and gum inflation measurements of all my teeth on my last time and confirmed deep cleaning is not necessary!!!!! Do you dare to say you are not getting money from those upsell service???!!!!
