I recently visited Excel Dental & Implant Center after not going to the dentist for 20 years, and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed. I had a lot of anxiety going in, but the entire experience completely changed my perspective on dental care.From the start, they took great care of me and made everything feel comfortable and manageable. Their pricing was also by far the best I found compared to other places, which made a huge difference. I especially want to recognize Ashley, the dental hygienist. She was absolutely awesome. She made me feel completely at ease, was very gentle, and explained everything in a way that made sense. I was expecting pain, but I felt almost none at all, which is incredible considering how long it had been since my last visit.Her professionalism and care really stood out. She didn’t just do her job she made me feel confident and even excited about taking care of my teeth moving forward. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment, and I’m actually looking forward to going back. I’ll also be bringing my wife and kids here moving forward. Highly recommend Excel Dental! Truly a great experience all around!

I had such a great experience with Ashley as my dental hygienist! She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. Ashley took the time to explain everything she was doing and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, which I really appreciated. My cleaning was very detailed but still comfortable, and I could tell she truly cares about her patients and their oral health. She also gave helpful tips on how to better care for my teeth at home without making it feel overwhelming. If you’re someone who gets a little nervous about dental visits, Ashley is the perfect person to see—she has such a calming presence and makes the whole experience so much better. I highly recommend her!

I recently had a cleaning with Ashley. She was very thorough and gentle, easy to talk to and extremely detailed. Dr. Oviedo did my exam. She is very knowledgeable, very smart and overall an amazing person. Her and Lala are the A team in efficiency and quality! Would go back again for sure.

I was very concerned about having my teeth cleaned because the last couple of times at a different place. I had extreme sensitivity and issues afterwards. Ashley Weaver did the most incredible cleaning I’ve ever had done. There were no sensitive or issues afterwards. Plus she explained in depth what she was doing during the process. You know when you leave getting your teeth cleaned and you have stuff between your teeth that you’re just not sure they cleaned out properly. Ashley left none of that. I had the utmost experience during my visit at Excel Dental & Implant Center. Kim did a great job coordinating my dental plan. Beginning with the front desk, Stephanie and Tina, were attentive and helpful. In addition, Rebecca provided clarity and answers to all my questions and concerns. When I went to the patient room, Frankie and Dr Weber, had great patient skills that kept me calm and gave me the assurance that I was in the best care. Thank you!

From a clinical standpoint, the dental team is incredibly patient-focused, skilled, and transparent — qualities that have made me feel completely at ease and confident in my care. On the administrative side, the office staff is exceptionally organized, professional, and compassionate, which has made managing appointments and procedures remarkably smooth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Excel Dental and Implant Center in San Antonio. Dr. O removed my tooth and prepared it for an implant, and she did an amazing job—very gentle and professional. Ashley, the hygienist, gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Super friendly and kind! Kimberly has also been very helpful getting my appointments scheduled, especially with my difficult schedule. Overall, 5 stars all around. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing implants or dental work!

Kimberly Alva has been amazing in helping me understand my insurance concerns for my dental implant procedure. She answered all my questions clearly and always had a kind and positive attitude. Dr. Weber always takes the time to explain each procedure, and he has done an excellent job on my tooth implants. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care from both Kimberly and Dr. Weber!

I had a really great experience at Excel Dental and Implant Center. Rebecca, the office manager, was very welcoming and helped with all my questions. Dr. O and Dr. Weber are both excellent dentists and made me feel comfortable about the work I needed. Alicia did my deep cleaning and she was very gentle, explained everything as she went, and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. The whole staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
