Great staff, great space, great all around

Staff gives conflicting information with treatment plan pricing and insurance

Legitimate scammers , incredibly disheartening and disturbing to be asked to pay 3 times the amount necessary for a tooth pull/implant. I called a few other oral surgeons and they were horrified to hear the number I was given (16K+). I don’t know how this office can feel ok about what they do… not to mention it felt chaotic, claustrophobic, hostile and unsanitary. Do not go here, this is a scam.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with expert dental. I needed to get emergency 2 wisdom teeth removed. Even after insurance they tried telling me it would be $12,000 out of pocket but that they were “helping me out” eliminating some costs down to $8,000 out of pocket. I got multiple second opinions and no where was changing more than $1,500 out of pocket for the same procedure. I ended up paying $700 out of pocket with an oral surgeon by Central Park with over 30 years of experience. I definitely recommend getting at least a second option with any procedure with expert dental. Felt very unethical.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! Krystal really went out of her way to work with my finances for my services and I was able to get everything done in one day! Dr. Anna was amazing from start to finish making me feel comfortable. She executed a pain-less root canal while informing me every step of the way. Dr. Gao was a pleasure as well. She was able to insert my crown same day and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this office!

I’ve been a patient at Expert Dental for the last few years and have throughly enjoyed it. The staff is truly amazing and has eliminated any fears I used to have of going to the dentists. Dr. Ma is. Wonderful dentist who truly cares about the health and well being of her patients. Even the wonderful receptionists (especially Sophia) have made my experience so great. I can’t wait to get my teeth cleaned again!

For the 4+ years I've been a patient here, my experience has been excellent & the 7 day/week availability is a game changer. The doctors, hygienists, & assistants are friendly and great at their work. Thanks to Rubina during my most recent visit for getting me in for a quick procedure immediately following a checkup rather than having me come back in!

The orthodontist and hygienists are lovely and do a great job. That said I would caution anyone to visit this practice for Invisalign - very sketchy contracts are used that dont outline costs, leading to accrued fees down the road that were never communicated upfront. Be careful what you sign with this practice!

Nicole and Kevin were awesome. They developed an amazing, customized Invisalign plan for me, answered every question, and were extremely knowledgeable. I feel really confident and great about moving forward with Invisalign.

Today I saw my hygienist Abdullah for my first visit at Expett Dental - Midtown. My experience was excellent. I highly recommend seeing Abdullah for your dental cleanings ! Great job Abdullah !!! ☺️☺️
