Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the help desk assisting with setting up the appointment, to the staff who did the pre-examination checking, taking scans, cleaning and preparations , to the dentist who had a good look and informed me of what to expect over time, and what can currently be addressed and that they'd setup a future appointment once they've got the go ahead from my medical insurance provider. Instructions from everyone were clear , and lastly I got a small to go package with a toothbrush, floss, and some snack in a tube(kidding, don't eat that)

EZ Smile seems to be a nice dental office. The staff were pleasant. The dental hygienist was excellent. she explained everything that she was doing as she gave me a deep cleaning. She made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this dental office.

This management is much better than the old one. They were fast and efficient they now offer root canals on site by booking a second appointment I Vist was pleasing to my surprise. I'll be back for my next appointment. Thank you EZ Smile.
I like to do dentist at EZ Smile Family Dental at 5006 Sinclair Lane Baltimore, Md 21206. He was respectful and professional at all times. The staff was wonderful as well even down to the receptionists. The dentist made sure I was comfortable at all times. This was the first time ever that I did not hurt or feel anything. He was so gentle and easy with the needle he had to numb my mouth with to the point I didn't even feel when he stuck me the first time. They are wonderful with my two sons that have autism. All of my children will be going to this specific dentist there. I give it 10 stars excellent job all staff members. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
