Familia Dental

Very enjoyable visit. Something I wouldn't normally say about a dentist visit. Liked the new dentist very much and staff was thorough and cheerful. 2 kids and I were taken care of in short order and Dentist went over all our needs and answered any concerns. Will follow to the new location in New Braunfels and am actually looking forward to my followup visit.

Nice clean office, the staff is okay, I don’t have any major issues with this place but their time management is terrible, every time I have to wait at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen.

It was my first time here today as a new patient, and this office is great! Staff and Dentist are professional, kind, and down-to-earth. I went in for a checkup/cleaning, and was in and out in less than 45 min! This place took care of what I needed. They cared about me as a patient, and they didn't try to "upsell" a bunch of high-end stuff that my insurance wouldn't pay for like some other dental places. I appreciate them treating me well;)

I was in need of urgent care, and Familia Dental processed my insurance, scheduled me and took me in same day. I was able to get in early the next day for the actual dental procedures. The Doctor is extremely gifted in his craft. I rarely needed dental care when I was younger; one of the rare times that I did, he managed to salvage my tooth with just filling. He was amazing. Now that I'm older, I obviously need more frequent dental care. I will definitely be with this Office for as long as they are around. Oh, my pain is gone, and he was able to salvage my tooth. So happy.

Looking forward to come back for our next six month check up ! From the starting point ( front desk ) both ladies were great at scheduling as well as answering my questions. Both of my kids were taken in and assisted with care by the assistants. Dr. Kapil very thorough and professional! He provided my kids with valuable advice . Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable !

Took my 2 year old today for the 1st time. Great experience. The wait room has an awesome play area for kids. I was in and out in 30 mins. Appt at 9:30 out by 10. The doctor, dr. J, explained things to me fully and I do not dred seeing him again.

A great dentist with a friendly staff. I received an excellent exam and cleaning for a very reasonable price. No pressure or scare tactics that my teeth would fall out if I didn’t complete some multi thousand-dollar treatment plan. Thank you, Familia Dental for providing quality and affordable dental care. We are so happy to have finally found a dental practice that can provide great care without leaving us feeling like we are being robbed. It is worth your time to give them a try. I only waited 15 min to be seen, I would wait 30 min and not complain. When was the last time a dentist did your exam and then cleaned your teeth? That’s right, no follow-on appointment, no transfer to another chair, just straight to the cleaning and I am good to go for six months. Think about that, how many dentists out there would have said, you need a deep cleaning even though you may not have? And then think about how much they would have charged you, been there done that. Until we have a reason to change, we are patients for life right here.
