Cancelled my appointment the day before my appointment was scheduled and did not offer any other open bookings. They said the reason why my appointment was canceled is because the office was going to be closed, so why did they schedule my appointment on the day they will be closed? Very unprofessional and everyone there is an inconvenience. My siblings also recently had an appointment at this location and they said that it felt rushed unorganized. You can find a better place somewhere else.
I had a tooth extraction. It was a long process because my blood pressure was high due to the pain I was having. So, after getting the blood pressure under control, today it finally got extracted! Thanks to Dr Bwan and the kindness of the office manager. One of the receptionist that I encountered last week made an appointment, I came for my appointment she said I didn't have one and she was the one who made it. And she act so non chalant and I was in a lot of pain. Denied it and walked into the managers office and stayed there not addressing the problem. I had to ask another receptionist to get the manager so that I could talk to her. I was glad that receptionist was not there today. I was told she setup the appointment under one of the other receptionist name.

I had such an amazing experience. I have an 8 year old high functioning autistic son and the staff showed great compassion and patience. My son put up a bit of a fuss and they were able to keep him calm and safely complete their procedure. These ladies were so KIND with us. It took 3 techs to assist with managing my baby and I want to truly thank them from the bottom of my heart. He felt so safe and seen in that moment. He loves his braces and I truly admire everyone’s part and assistance with the matter. Nay, Jay and Kash are my favorite girls! I appreciate you all so much babies.
So far, my experience has been good. The office is clean, staff professional, and each time I have an appointment I get in and out. FYI I use them for my braces only, not for regular dental work. I would recommend.
I have been a patient of this business for 2 months now. The doctor who oversees everyone and who works on me is exceptional in her work ethic and her skills are prime. I feel comfortable at this facility. It's a joy to see all of the young adults who work there as well. They are all carving fruitful careers for themselves.
Five stars for an amazing team! I had a great experience getting a filling today. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciated how they explained every step of the process as they went along—it was completely painless! I’m also getting a night guard made here and I highly recommend them to anyone. Truly a five-star experience!
The place is not clean I got pictures to show beside I have waited over 40 minutes after my appointment and I still didn't see nobody I guess when nobody cares these people can do whatever. The bad part is all dentists are like that and I'm talking about where they live this is not Brookfield I understand but still.
