I had another wonderful experience at Pacific Park Family Dental! ​I’ve been coming here for a while, but today I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Roman. To be honest, I was very scared — I had been preparing myself for this procedure for about 5 years! However, everything went so smoothly. Dr. Roman is highly professional, attentive, and has a great sense of humor that helped ease my anxiety. He explained the anesthesia and every step clearly, and the extraction was much faster than I expected, with a well-planned post-care treatment. ​I also had a consultation with Dr. Mark for my upcoming dental treatment. I really appreciated how Dr. Roman and Dr. Mark collaborate and discuss the best treatment plan together — it shows how much they care about getting the best result. ​A special thanks to Karina, the financial coordinator, who clearly explained all the costs, as well as the wonderful assistants and front desk team. Having staff who speak both English and Russian adds an incredible level of comfort! ​I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Roman, Dr. Mark, and the entire team, and I still highly recommend this practice!

Absolutely phenomenal care!! Went in as an emergency visit and new patient, and I felt so taken care of. I had a lot more dentist anxiety than I originally thought and Dr. Mark and Dr. Roman made sure I felt comfortable. Literally felt like I couldn’t have picked a better office to understand my anxiety, reassure me and give me the tools I needed to help ease some of the nerves. A knee doh stress ball and blanket(: The whole staff was wonderful.

First time was great, the next 3 times were awful. Their staff is starting to get rude and even took them 3 times trying to cap my husband tooth and they kept messing up the size. So had to wait, get installed and taken out and re done each time. Time wasted, definitely better to save your money. And get all your debts done in Mexico for the same or cheaper price. With far better service and quality work. One time and your good, and yes this was the main dentist of the place. He couldn't even fix the cap in a timely matter. So that is my experience after a few years

TLDR: all the stars for Pacific park family dental, seriously. at this point I have been to this dentist multiple times to fix my teeth. I have seen both doctors and the hygienist, plus several dental assistants front desk people, and coordinators. the last thing I needed to get done was to fill cavities, but I'll start with that. I had several cavities and broke it up into 2 appointments. this guy is awesome. he is so nice and kind and easy going, but also efficient and extremely thorough. he was so great that I will now be bringing my teenage daughter to him. I wanted to vet a dentist for her first, because she has had unusually bad experiences with dentists in the past. I have full confidence that this dentist can turn her dentist anxiety around. he's that friendly. he filled my cavities without making me feel bad about how many I needed filled. in particular I had 3 front teeth that looked terrible. there was some glue or something left over from when I had braces that was stained from years of coffee, plus a rough surface from when the brackets were plucked off. previous dentists told me there was nothing I could do to fix it. these teeth now had needed help. one in particular was filled by my previous dentist and the filling had fallen out for the second time. there was a visible dark hole on a front tooth. yep. it was pretty ugly. so this guy not only filled it, but since it was a front tooth, gave it a little extra tlc to conceal the filling, and no exaggeration, this problem tooth and the surrounding ugly bumpy cavity braces glue teeth look BETTER than they have in ALMOST TWENTY YEARS. my teeth are back to where they were BEFORE I had braces at 19. even up close, you cannot tell that a couple days ago there was dark hole in it. he is an artist...or maybe a magician. before the fillings I did my problematic wisdom tooth with the other doctor here. this was long overdue, but he didn't make me feel bad at all for putting off for so long. I was terrified to have my wisdom tooth pulled. I have heard horror stories and thought it would be a brutal procedure. this guy is so freaking nice and upbeat that it was hard to be nervous. the procedure itself was so quick and efficient. I couldn't believe how smooth it was. everything healed up perfectly in the last couple weeks and there were no complications at all! I opted to have my teeth deep cleaned by the hygienist, and holy cow, I don't hate getting my teeth cleaned anymore. he explained what he was doing and answered my questions. he knew my gums were sensitive and was so patient and accommodating and still managed to do a noticeably good job on them. he's also just a really kind and calming presence, which is everything when you have dentist anxiety! I have not met a single person here I didn't like. everyone at the front desk is lovely, and the assistants are lovely. I'm also extra appreciative of the girl that explained my insurance benefits and helped me make a plan that I was comfortable with. my teeth were honestly a mess, because my insurance was previously through Willamette dental for years, and it was awful, so I gave up on my teeth and stopped going. I finally switched my insurance and my wisdom tooth was infected, so I couldn't put my teeth off any longer. luckily, they were able to work with my odd schedule and get all the dental work done in a very timely (but at my own pace) manner without making me feel embarrassed about my neglect in recent years. i also wanted to mention that there are cameras during the whole appointment, for everyone's safety. although I have only good gut feelings and good experiences about this practice, someone out there may be comforted by the fact that they aren't totally alone with a stranger or leaving their loved ones with an authority figure who isn't safe. again, I do feel like I'm in good hands here, but still thought it was a great idea!

I had an upper wisdom tooth removed. The whole experience was very good. Everyone is kind, the office is clean, and the general vibes are relaxing. I opted for no anesthesia and felt the price was very fair for 2026. Both Dr. Mark and Dr. Roman were pleasant and seem efficient and skilled. I particularly enjoyed Dr. Roman's sense of humor. It made me feel at ease, which is high praise from me since I'm usually on pins and needles in the dental chair. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this dental office enough! I’ve been a patient for several years, and they’ve always been honest and never pushy. I previously went to a chain dental office that recommended a lot of expensive treatments, so I decided to get a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did. Pacific Park Family Dental was straightforward and refreshing, and it’s clear they truly have the patient’s best interest in mind rather than recommending unnecessary treatments just to make a profit. I come in every six months for my cleanings, and Eric is an absolute rockstar—personable, gentle, and incredibly kind. Dr. Roman is just as wonderful. I’ll definitely continue coming here!
