Family Choice Dental

Arrived and the receptionist seemed a tad bit smug. Waited around a half hour to be taken back. Got x-rays, hygienist seemed to scrape my teeth for another half hour. The doctor took even LONGER and seemed to go through patients in order from seats, not who got there first. If you want to come here for your appointments, make sure you know that you WILL be there for a long time. They do not seem to care about wait time- I was very late to work because of this place. Do not recommend

The reception staff came across as rude and dismissive, and the dentist didn’t speak with me after my daughter’s exam. Only the dental assistants were kind and professional. I was told by the assistants that the Dr. found my 12 year old had four cavities. When we returned for treatment, I was told about a new policy that didn’t allow me to be in the room with her. My daughter was scared, and I didn’t feel right sending her in alone, so we left. I’m glad that I trusted my instincts. We got a second opinion at another dental office, and the dentist there only found one cavity, not four. They also mentioned that in some cases, dentists may recommend fillings that aren’t immediately necessary. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend that office.

It’s still a waiting game when u make an appointment. Even if you make it 15 mins early. Our appointment was at 8:30 but we are still waiting to get called back. They keep telling us he will be called shortly. If your up for a longer waiting game make an appointment with them

AGAIN left on the back burner!!!! I am so Very disappointed! Every appointment in the last year has been one bad experience! Very unprofessional, very unorganized! No concept of time! Not thorough at all. They Leave fillings unfinished so they decay more and you have to go back. I will never go there again. If you value your time and your oral health you won’t neither. I see future lawsuits for this business. Very unfortunate for their future patients.

I called in to make an emergency appointment about a chipped tooth that is bothering me. They scheduled me in with the impression it would get taken care of, no one was transparent about it just being a check up. The wordt part is how the dentist just comes in after they set us all up and goes through us like a drive by. No consideration about how my tooth is bothering me or anything. Just a "you have this schedule another appointment." I wasted an hour of my time for x rays? Dont come for emergency dental work! Edit: the referral they gave me doesn't even have the correct name....

To be very honest, you guys better make sure you have a day to spare cause I went and they told me I had to wait till August (mind you its June) and they said I have to wait till August 18 to get my teeth fixed...tho on the good side, nice music and their kinda sweet (:

Overcrowded, short staffed, unfriendly receptionist, and far behind appointments. The novice smug lil dentist cannot fix the bad tooth but wants to drill in the good one because your insurance pays! He does not care, does not communicate, and is in absolute rush to go to the next patient.

Although some of their procedures are booked out kind of far, this place is TRUELY THE BEST. The dentist has been there since since I was a teen and is a joy to see each time I go. The staff is friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. The Hygienist, Karina, is truly another reason I will continue to go here, even if the appointments are a little far out. She has gone above and beyond to provide assistance, advice, and kindness each time that I go there. She is the definition of Stellar customer service. Thank you, Karina and Staff, Your truly a joy to be around

When I first started coming to Family Choice Dental, I thought it was great! However, I had to have a few fillings done and I have had nothing but issues with them. Usually having to go back a couple times for one and the others still remaining problems. The staff is friendly although the Dentist himself is not very friendly at all. The work I got done was subpar and that is putting it nicely. I feel like I shouldn't be having tooth pain 7-8 months later. Don't recommend.

Unfortunately for me I was a profit-over-patient type patient as they tried filling all twelve of my molars saying I had twelve cavities when I never felt them or was told I had them by my previous dentist (whom I grew up with and visited two months prior), they only were able to get three of the 12 done, once finished I assumed the sensitivity to cold and warm foods/drinks would dissipate over some time, it has been almost seven months since then and I'm still unable to floss between my filled molars, I can't eat/drink warm or cold things on the side of the fillings as it's so painful I feel dizzy, I can't chew on that side as it feels like I'm hammering a nail into the nerves of the three molars. Although the nurses were kind, front desk staff did not answer many questions, they were a bit rude but I understand that being in that kind of position is stressful but would consistently blow off our questions, they also set up another appointment for me a few months back and when I showed up they were closed and never notified me about it and when we called them back a day later we were still charged for an appointment that never happened and never got back to me, I highly recommend looking for someone who isn't gonna try and scrape all the money out of you and ruin your teeth, please be careful with this dentistry.

I love going to Familiy Choice Dental due to their staff. They’re amazing very professional, caring , and polite. Service is always great with the Dentist as well, he is gentle very well mannered and very respectful. I give them all a 10. Keep up to great work.
