Everyone was so nice and professional. I moved here from KCMO, this was the first time I had been to this office. Thank you for the great experience.

Always professional , but with little bit of friendship mixed in. I never thought I would say this but I lOVE MY DENTIST!!

Can’t seem to keep staff or Dr’s consistent. The hygienist was so ruff with her cleaning that I’m so sore and it’s hard to bite to eat. Mind you I had nothing wrong going on and just went for a cleaning. I’ve had 5 dentists in the past 6 years and probably 4 hygienists and I can’t stand it anymore.

I would give this place 0 stars. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office - in fact I had to leave during my new patient appt. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff could have been much friendlier. I was greeted in a way that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and the interaction came across as annoyed and unwelcoming. After being taken back to the exam room and seated, I was informed that the hygienists were too busy to perform my scheduled dental cleaning for this appt. Instead, they would only be able to complete my X-rays, and I would need to return on another day— as early as July 10—for the cleaning portion. At no point before my appointment did anyone contact me to let me know they couldn't complete the services I had scheduled!! I specifically booked a new patient appointment expecting the exam, X-rays, and cleaning to be done together. See screenshot of the new patient appt booking service appt that I clicked directly from their website (nowhere does it say needs multiple appts). And again, no one from this office even had the courtesy to call me ahead of time to change my appt if they weren't able to fulfill all services. I had arranged childcare to make this appointment possible, and had I been notified beforehand, I would have simply rescheduled for a day when everything could be completed in the one visit. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of concern for the inconvenience this caused. There was no sincere apology, no true acknowledgment that their scheduling issue had wasted my time, how it affected my husband’s work schedule to watch our child, and no attempt to make the situation right!! Overbooking patients and then expecting them to come back because the office is too busy is poor business practice and poor customer service. I work in healthcare and I would never treat my patients in this manner even when understaffed/busy… To literally be told “we’re too busy for you” on an appt THEY approved… what a disgusting office practice. Accepting an appointment that your office isn't staffed to fulfill—and then failing to communicate that to the patient beforehand—is completely unacceptable. This was, without question, the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
