Very friendly and understanding team.
Before walking in, make sure they are in your network for your dental plan. My wife and I were both seen in a 6 month timeframe and in no way did Family Dental advise they were no longer in the Delta Network and were considered now "an out of network provider." As a result, my wife and I absorbed over $1000 in bills as a result of our insurance only paying 40%. This is something that could have been conveyed at check in and let us decide to proceed with care or not. #greed #nevergoingbackafter8years #booo
The service is pretty good. My concern is the bait and switch promos they run. Example.: they ran a coupon that was supposed to be $100 off $500 procedure. They only applied $50 to my bill. When asked why they said the office manager said they deducted $50 from the insurance and $50 from the patient. I've never seen a discount where they credit the insurance for a promo. A lot of seniors count every dollar before spending. This just doesn't sound truthful the way they advertised it.
My appointment was amazing. My hygienist and dentist team were awesome! I am certain that I am getting quality dental care that is focused on my well being. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office.
Never been to the dentist in my life. Went here based on my wife's recommendation, and couldn't be happier. Great experience from scheduling the appointment to getting the lowdown and treatment plan. The hygienist Chelsea and the dentist were fantastic, provided constant communication every step of the visit. Professional, knowledgeable, set me at ease, filled me with me with confidence, and friendly wonderful personalities to boot. Set up my next appointments and went over insurance/cost right there in the seat. Now I wonder why I was so hesitant. Actually looking forward to coming back to get my filling and cleanings. Highly recommended.
My experience as a new patient here was wonderful! Very friendly atmosphere. The hygienist who worked with me was spectacular and attentive to my care. Very thorough cleaning! The dentist Dr. Lenga was calm and efficient, treated her team well, and accommodated two fillings last minute for me. Highly recommend!
