Receptionist didn’t want to do her job when asked if they accepted my insurance……she told me to go look online…..wow. Anyway, made an appt for my family of 6 at another dentist. Crazy work to be turning people away.
I had a good visit. Dr. Owens listened to my concerns and we now have a plan to go forward.
My experience on today were great. They made me feel very comfortable and welcoming since that was my first time there. Make sure that every step of the way I had a sense of relief. I would definitely recommend them to anybody they make you feel like you’re at home with them. Thanks ladies for making sure that I was good.
Appointment was early morning, I had a very short wait before going back to be taken care of by Billie. Very professional, took time to explain everything and show me tips for easier flossing. Dentist himself was nice and friendly. Highly recommend based on efficiency, pleasantness of staff, Billies skills and knowledge, and overall lovely experience considering it was a trip to the dentist.
I had a wonderful first visit to FDH. The office is beautiful & well kept. The front desk staff were friendly & super accommodating. My dental assistant was amazing! Her name was Michelle. She made sure I was comfortable & well taken care of during my visit. Dr Farmer was great! He was friendly & knowledgeable & kept me informed on all of my dental health. I highly recommend coming here!
Doctor Owens is THE BEST dentist anyone could ever have! As well as her assistants! She is very kind and willing to address any issues you have. Another plus is she is gentle with your teeth & mouth. If I could give FDH of ML 10 stars I would! Thank you Doctor Owens! You are the best ☺️ !!!!

She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making me laugh. Dr. Drew was just as impressive, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident about my dental health. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive and professional dental experience.
