Family Dentistry at CIC

I had an amazing appointment switching Dentist is normally hard, but I think I made the best decision by coming to this practice. Anita was my hygienist. She was amazing and Axel who runs the front desk is also equally amazing and so informative my dentist. Dr. Wade gave great advice and the appropriate recommendations I would recommend them 10 out of 10.

If you are looking for a dental office that treats you like a person and not just a patient, this is it. The doctors and staff are amazing. They are always flexible and accommodating with scheduling, and they take the time to hear your thoughts and opinions. Every concern I've ever raised was addressed promptly and with care. They always focus on suggesting solutions that work best for you.

My cleaning went great my hygienist Carrie was awesome and so sweet my teeth feel beyond great can’t wait to see her in another 6 months

Words cannot express how satisfied I am with the services I received from Dr. Davis Ligon. Been a few years since I’ve been at the dentist and he did an absolutely amazing job on my teeth especially in all the hard to reach places. Great communication and explanations by him as well. I feel great and could not be more satisfied with the services rendered. Would highly suggest.

Been going here for years, and Dr. Ligon and his staff are truly the best. Everyone is always professional, friendly, and make you feel comfortable during every visit. I also got Invisalign done with Dr. Ligon, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The entire process was smooth, and the results turned out great. Honestly, it’s become my favorite napping spot too. Highly recommend Dr. Ligon and his team if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust!

I saw, Anita, for my first visit and she was wonderful. She provided me a lot of knowledge on my teeth. Very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Had great energy as well. The office is very clean and all staff I met were nice and attentive.

The staff & service was impeccable! I’ve always had a fear of the dentist & often put off work until I was in pain. I’ve had wisdom teeth removed, working toward healthier gums & looking forward to a new bridge. As a new mom smiling in photos is something I’ll have to look back on over the years. Having a beautiful bright healthy smile as I approach 50 is extremely important to me. The team created a plan, referred tools for home to assist with my goal. Now I look forward to going to the dentist and having an office at my job makes it effortless for me. The front office team welcomes you with a smile, are very knowledgeable, the hygienist provides comfort during service, good music and conversation. The best part is afterwards, I feel good enough to go back upstairs to work. It truly is a win win so don’t put it off another day. Book a consultation appointment asap!!!! Dr.Ligon, Mandy, Kelsey and the whole team here at Family Dentistry at CIC are phenomenal. They treated me with care, patience and empathy. I had a really horrific dental experience several years and become scared and terrified of any dental work or dentist for that matter. I searched for years to find a dentist who heard me and understood my fears and concerns. My very first appointment at Family Dentistry at CIC, I met Kelsey and Mandy. These two ladies set the stage for my visits. I can't express enough of their kindness and the gentle way they cared for me. Dr.Ligon is AMAZING! He talked me through every step and made sure I was ok to move forward. I feel safe with Dr.Ligon. I know him and his amazing team will make sure I'm ok and understand my treatment. Got a text message in regards to a 50 dollar balance. And stated “may be from a recent visit or insurance update” this place does not take my insurance so i knew it was not for that, and i am no longer a client with this office due to the inconvenience schedule of this practice. Well after calling, Amanda answered and said it was for two missed appointments….. my response was im not a client and i wont be paying that fee. At the end of the day your doctors schedule needs to align with normal operating hours. Don't text someone about a made up balance lol.
