1st appointment complete and never felt a thing. Dr. Jafari was slow, gentle, and deliberate with his plan. I never felt a thing. Carolina was great as well.

Absolutely terrible experience. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. appointment and waited patiently. By 11:20, I finally went to the receptionist to ask what was going on, only to be told that my appointment was actually scheduled for 11:45. I showed them the text confirmations they had sent me, which clearly stated my appointment was at 11:00 a.m. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the girl at the front desk tried to blame their automated texting system for sending me the wrong time. Apparently, their scheduling errors are somehow the patient’s problem. There was no meaningful apology, no attempt to accommodate me, and no real concern for the fact that I had already wasted nearly an hour of my day. The customer service was just as disappointing as the scheduling. I ended up walking out. When I called back later to discuss the situation, the best they could offer was 20% off a $40 cleaning—an $8 discount. That doesn’t even cover the gas it took me to drive there, let alone compensate me for the time they wasted. If this is how they handle basic scheduling and customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Patients deserve accountability, professionalism, and respect for their time. What a joke.

This dentist office is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door they are so attentive, helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions gave me options to fix any issues and were so professional. Highly recommend!!

It was my first visit and everyone was very kind. Quick and easy check-up, they answered all my question, made sure I was comfortable and made me feel reassured with my plan. They even have a small play area with toys for my daughter 😊 Overall a very satisfying visit/check-up. I'm happy to have found my new dentist office!😄

I got sent here for a workers comp related case and it was so marginally better then the last place they sent me, everybody was extremely nice and the doctor was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with great detail, will definitely be interested in returning here!

If I could put -10000 I would. The dental hygienist named Jill was terrible. She made me uncomfortable. The X-rays were way too close for your face. She recommends things even before the dentist sees you! The staff and receptionist and management are rude. They laugh at you and just treat you like they do not care. Never go there!

This office is amazing. Ashley, the dental assistant was patient, informative and made me feel very comfortable. The hygentist and Dr Jafari were great as well. Overall great experience!

Horrible company. They don't call and tell you when you still owe money. And they don't tell at appointments either. After 6 months of racking up there version of interest and hearing nothing they sent it to collections now I'm stuck fighting this. No one will answer my calls or when they do they just hang up on me. Now for my experience with this place was awful. The lady that pokes at your teeth before seeing the doctor is very rude. I told them that I went through a phase of depression and she was "teaching me" how to brush my teeth. She also scraped out some fillings that have been in my mouth for 15+ years. I had to reschedule replace them even though they put holes in my teeth. They're very rude and not understanding about people not liking the sound and feeling of teeth being worked on. They almost mock you for it. Honestly the worst dentist office I've been too.
