Make sure you know English and discuss procedure with the doctor otherwise you'll always have no need appointments with them for cleaning and cavities. And when my sister refused that her concern is not cavities, they asked for $100 and told me that you waste our time even though they cleaned her teeth and we have insurance to cover cleaning.
I used to think Dr. Farah was good, but not anymore. I went there for a simple service, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Over the phone, they told me the price for an x-ray and explained there were two options for the procedure: Option 1 (regular) would cost a certain amount, and Option 2 (non-regular) would cost more. Based on this information, I made an appointment. However, when I got there, they charged me the higher price (!!!) for what was clearly a regular procedure! To make things worse, Dr. Farah threw in an extra large consultation fee, which was never mentioned on the phone. And by consultation, I mean she briefly glanced at the x-ray and immediately started the procedure—no real consultation at all. It was a complete bait and switch. The whole experience felt like a trap, and to top it off, Dr. Farah’s prices are way higher than other dentists in the area. I will never go back and will never trust her so-called friendly smile again. I felt completely ripped off. There is a strong chance that the positive reviews are fake!

Excellent dentist clinic, Dr Ahmed Farah took care of my teeth fillings, she did an excellent work, I had cavity under my old fillings, she removed them, removed the cavity and placed clean new fillings, I didn't feel any pain, and the same day when I went back home I could have a warm lunch without feeling any discomfort or sore teeth, it is just amazing! Thank you Dr Farah Ahmad, you're an angel healer, thanks to all the staff at this clinic, they are all nice, welcoming, amazing people! Ilhem .N
