The personnel is friendly and courteous. In addition to being top notch in dentistry, the dentist and the staff sought to get to know the patient and make them feel comfortable. They provided excellent service and respected my time in being punctual. They were very professional and used the latest equipment and technology.

I am a new patient and I must say that the customer service is awesome from the time you meet the receptionist and staff. The Hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth as well as doing my X-rays, she explained to me everything that was going on with my teeth. The Dentist also did a great job checking my teeth and examining my teeth and gave me some good information as to what options that would be beneficial for me. I am very thankful that I found the right Dentist who cares about their patients needs and self esteem. 😊
The doctor, Dr. Cohen and the hygienist Michele were very good. Very personable, knowledgeable, and made you feel at ease. This was my first time at this practice and I must say I’m glad I decided to change from my previous dentistry. All my questions were answered they made me feel very comfortable and informed me of what the next steps were going to be. The front desk staff, which I do apologize, but I did forget her name. She was very sweet as well. Informed me of the price -what my insurance will cover & what my out-of-pocket would be. Overall, my experience was GREAT thank you guys for welcoming me to the family!!! I’ll see you in six months!! 🤗
Great experience! From setting up our appointments over the phone and the visit, it was very welcoming. They were able to accommodate my work schedule. The doctor broke everything down and made sure I understood before continuing. I called my sister after my visit and thanked her for referring me. My son & I found our new dental home!!!

Lisa did an awesome job with my cleaning—super friendly and thorough—and Dr. Joiner was easy to talk to and very down-to-earth. I also appreciate that they offer flexible payment options, which makes things a lot easier. All in all, a great experience. I left with clean teeth and feeling confident I found the right place.
