Great atmosphere. Organized professional friendly staff. Dr. Shah is excellent.

My husband is a retired dentist, and Feather Touch Dental is the practice he trusts for our entire family (we see Dr. Shah). I trust the work they do and appreciate that they keep up with the latest technology. The office itself is beautiful, and the staff are kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in your comfort.

Feather Touch Dental is truly exceptional! My wife and I are new patients and were blown away by both the facility and the staff. Lora, my hygienist, was incredible. She explained everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and her gentle touch really lived up to the practice’s name. Dr. Shah was equally fantastic. I appreciated our conversation regarding my care plan, as well as his explanations of all the advanced equipment and how it benefits my dental health both now and in the long term. I can’t recommend Feather Touch Dental enough. It’s a wonderful place with genuinely kind people. And they validate parking!

I was impressed by the staff the moment I walked in. They were all pleasant, friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Shah, who was easy to communicate with and he provided great options for my care. I had Lora, as my hygienist and she was excellent. They even offer flowers to patients as well as parking validation. I am happy to have found Feather Touch Dental Care.

Update: I wanted to update my original review. After I posted it, Aubrie from the dental office reached out to me directly to discuss my concerns. They took the time to explain what had happened with the billing and payment process, answered my questions, and addressed the misunderstandings and miscommunications by the front desk in a professional and respectful manner. My experience with the dentist and hygienist has always been very positive—they have been kind, skilled, and attentive throughout my visits. My original concerns were specifically about the administrative side of the office. I appreciate that the practice took my feedback seriously and made an effort to communicate with me and resolve the situation. I’m updating my review to reflect both my initial experience and the way the office handled my concerns afterward. Thank you for taking the time to listen and work toward a resolution. —————————————————————————— The dentist was great, and the hygienist was also excellent. Unfortunately, the billing department is a total mess. They overcharge you and bill you without providing any explanation or prior notice. Every time I’ve tried to resolve the issue, I’ve been met with a bad attitude instead of helpful customer service. They will fail contacting your insurance company and then claim you have to pay for what your insurance is not paying and the best they could offer is a three month payment plan. Then they would charge you every time you visited without following the payment plan schedule and claimed that be easier for me instead of for them. The quality of the dental care is excellent, but dealing with the billing department has been extremely frustrating.

By far the best dental experience I have had in my life. Very knowledge staff and everyone made me feel comfortable despite the fact that I always had anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I came to them because my dentist retired and after using them I realized that there are levels and this place is top level.

I had a crown and two old fillings replaced. Dr. Shah performed the work. He was professional, friendly and caring, always checking on my comfort. His assistant and staff did same. I am very pleased with the work. It feels and looks great. They also live up to their name—Feather Touch.

A thoroughly delight experience. Very knowledgeable people who care about their clients. A breath of fresh air! Mylie is without a doubt the pinnacle of skill and a caring approach. Hard to beat that combination. My hygienist for the “duration”!. Dr. Kim is also top shelf in every regard. My wife’s tooth extraction was the best dental experience she can remember ever having had.

If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further…. run to Feather Touch Dental Care and book an appointment with Dr. Kim ASAP! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kim. He is clearly a true expert in his field, and the quality of his work is outstanding. What really sets him apart, though, is his genuine warmth and care. He takes the time to truly listen to his patients, and his bedside manner is the best I’ve ever experienced. He has completely transformed my view of dentistry, making every visit actually enjoyable (something I never thought I’d say about a trip to the dentist)! The entire team at Feather Touch Dental Care is just as wonderful as Dr. Kim. They are professional, kind, and incredibly talented, making the whole process seamless. I’m so grateful to have found this practice, and I can't recommend Dr. Kim enough for his outstanding, personalized care!
