If you have young children who are afraid of the dentist, Ferguson Family Dental Care is a great option. Our family of 6 have been patients of Dr. Ferguson for over a decade, and appreciate his honesty and expertise. The office is clean and welcoming, and the team is friendly and a pleasure to deal with, which helps to calm my own white-coat syndrome. My children have had a few fillings, and they don’t even flinch during the entire procedure. They are very good at what they do and communicate both effectively and with empathy.

First visit to Ferguson family dental. They did a really great job looking over everything. They asked lots of questions about my dental history and booked a couple follow ups. Very thorough. Everyone was super nice and I didn't have to wait around. Amazing first impression!!

As a new patient, I've just had one minor and one major service at this place in the last month. Here is my experience so far: The environment I've been shopping around Barrie for dental treatments for a while, and this is the only place offering slippers to keep the salt and snow out of the treating area. Also, the assistant cleans the chair right after I finished my treatment, which makes me feel quite confident that I don't need to wash my clothes right away. The staff: Very friendly ladies. As a new patient, there were times I was quite panicking about the services that became pushy, and I could feel the tension in the air, yet they dealt with my case professionally without me feeling being cursed :) I like their reminding text and email for upcoming appointment, keep me on my toes. The doctor: I've been treated wonderfully by Dr. Sam Caldwell so far. He is a caring and attention-to-details doctor, and is the one did both treatments for me. I'm very happy for the great job he's done to me. Thanks Dr. Sam :) The price: This is not a cheap place. My philosophy is to get the best services I can afford. So if you have the same mindset, this place could be yours too; otherwise, you may have to look for somewhere else. An important note, this is an honest place, i.e. they only charge for service provided; so you can have a peace of mind of getting what you paid for. Over all, I'm very happy about service I've received so far, and would like to stick around -- just begged for long term patient-ship, and got kindly accepted, feeling very lucky and happy :) Jeff

My hygienist Marnie did an incredibly thorough cleaning and made the whole appointment comfortable and easy. It was also a pleasure meeting Dr. Ryan Fergusson. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to introduce himself and answer any questions I had. Rachel at reception was wonderful as well, very kind and helpful. Overall a great experience with a fantastic team. Highly recommend!

Brittany is my dental hygienist, and she is absolutely wonderful! Every visit with her is a positive, pleasant experience. She’s gentle, thorough, and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. I won't see anyone else!

I just had a great appointment with Dr.Daniel and Karen. Phenomenal providers. They are compassionate, kind, and skilled. They communicate the “next steps “and truly care about patients. I am so very happy that I chose this office. Rachel at the front desk is also so welcoming ….what a great team of people!!!
