Great holistic dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr Stephen Fetzik’s dental practice for over 20 years and recently my mother needed a dental bridge. I contacted their office and talked to the front desk staff to schedule the appointment and truly appreciate the assistance that was provided by Katrina, Courtney and Keely. These ladies display exemplary skills on their patience, kindness and compassion whenever I interact with them either by phone or in person. My mother was very nervous about the procedure and from the consultation, preparation, impression, temporary placement appointments that she attended, the staff and Dr Fetzik made my mother comfortable and at ease. I was very impressed by Dr Fetzik and Giselle and Mekaila, the dental assistants on the manner that they handled the communication between them and my mother especially since there was a language barrier but they were patient and understanding with her during my translation interaction. Also, I want to mention that Carrie, Lynette and Leah, the dental hygienists, are so wonderful and caring whenever I have my routine cleaning. They are always going out of their way to ensure that I am comfortable during the procedure. Dr Fetzik and his staff are a superior and fantastic group of people and this is the reason I always enjoy going to their office for any dental needs. I would give this dental practice a “100 star” rating if it were available.

We had an amazing experience with Fetzik Dentistry. We brought our son to be evaluated for a tongue tie. They were so good with him and took great care to make sure we understood the prodecure to release the tie. It went so well. Amazing staff!!! Thank you so much for the stress free experience.

We love their office, especially Katrina!! Her years of experience and education are clearly present at appts. We are always well cared for and helped in such a loving way. I have been there with both of my kids and I will continue to go back!!!

I don’t leave reviews unless something truly needs to be said. I would never want another new mother to leave this office feeling the way I did — judged, dismissed, and unsupported. We came in for a consultation about my son’s lip tie and I left that appointment feeling like a terrible mother. I was told my baby was “tight” and given a list of things that were supposedly wrong with him, rather than being supported or educated in a compassionate way. I chose to give grace and moved forward with scheduling the procedure. When we returned, the front office staff were rude and visibly annoyed when I simply asked for a trash can to throw away my child’s diaper. During the procedure my baby spit up — something babies do — and the response afterward felt unprofessional and disrespectful. A staff member came back in, changed her jacket in a way that showed clear disgust, and made comments about him throwing up and biting her. I later learned she is the office manager, yet she presented herself as if she were acting in a clinical role. New motherhood is already overwhelming. Parents should feel supported, not shamed. No one seeking help for their baby should walk away feeling like they failed. Do your research before choosing care here.

Katrina at Dr. Fetzik’s office is the most kind, tender hearted, and compassionate person to walk alongside you in your tongue tie journey. She provides a thorough assessment and helps release restriction in your baby before and after release and just helped me feel as calm as possible for the procedure. She isn’t just focused on the baby, she wants to help the whole family thrive and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to walk alongside me in a tongue tie release. So thankful we were able to use Dr Fetzik’s office and Katrina is such an amazing asset to your holistic team for this!
