Had a pretty terrible experience here with Invisalign treatment specifically. Was assured that the entire treatment would be X amount, paid the whole thing up front. About a year later after my 11 trays were complete, Dr. Mojaver says I need 7 more. I asked explicitly if it would be any additional cost, and she assured me again that no, it's already been paid for. So I get the trays. Finish the treatment and my teeth aren't quite perfect but close enough. They said they will call when my retainer comes in. Months went by and no call. I called them several times, always said they'd check and call me back, which never happened. It took probably 9? Months for me to finally get fed up with the fact that my last tray which I'd been wearing at night was wearing down and I called several times. They finally (located?) the retainer, so I went to get it- didn't even fit right but at this point I was so over dealing with them that I just accepted it and left. Before I left I asked AGAIN if I owed any money and they said no it's all been covered. Maybe 6 months later? I get a bill for >1k. When I called them, they said that because I had changed insurances (before that "second set" of 7 trays) the insurance covered portion didn't apply anymore and the remaining cost was all out of pocket. What pissed me off is that when the treatment plan was presented to me, they had some sort of "Holiday deal" if you use your ortho insurance, and they explained Insurance pays X amount, you pay X amount. I was just expected to know that insurance pays a tiny bit at a time, and that I needed to keep that same expensive ortho insurance plan (that I signed up for specifically for this, and then specifically cancelled the following year) for the entire time even though I'd already paid my portion up front? I have a hard time believing this is common knowledge, and I would never have continued with that second set of trays had I known there would be an additional cost to me. Tried calling to dispute the bill about 3 times, each time I was told that they'd look into it and call me back (never called me back..surprise surprise). I felt like I got "sold to" with the whole thing, and I wouldn't have done it had I not been assured again and again that it would be X amount and no more.

Super competent, kind and caring staff. They make going to the dentist a pleasure!

Just had my teeth cleaned and Amanda was amazing. Very thorough but gentle, and did a good job listening to my concerns and being sympathetic. I hope to get her again in the future.

From the moment I met the front desk I felt very welcomed and all of the dentist and hygienist that I met were very very pleasant... And thorough!!

I had a wonderful cleaning with Allison today. They took the time to check concerns and gave me great information on how to maintain my dental health. The staff here are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your health.

I was hesitant walking into an entire floor of denistry, feeling overwhelmed. Met Dr. Ghasemmi, who is personable and can put on at ease, but still unsure. Having never feeling comfortable with past dentists (competent), still hyperviligent. When I heard options, he almost won me over with an aesthetic outcome I wanted for years. He won me over with his work!

Friendly knowledgeable staff showing great attention to detail and providing an excellent level of 5* service. Explaining dental health in clear easy to understand language and providing great advice on how to maintain gum and tooth health.

What would I do without Dr. Zora and Stefanie!!! I've had a lifelong terror of the dentist after many bad experiences. This is genuinely the first dentist office I've been to where I feel supported and seen amidst massive amounts of dental anxiety. Stefanie the office manager is unendingly friendly and accommodating with my many cancellations, and is such a calming person to chat with pre or post treatment. Dr. Zora is one of the kindest people I've ever encountered. I've never felt safer in the dentist chair. All of the dental hygienists I've seen have been wonderful too. If this wasn’t the dentist, it would be truly a joy to see them every time. I couldn’t be more lucky to have found this place. From my first day entering with rotting teeth to now, I could not have imagined I'd come this far, all because of their support.

I love this place!!!!!! I look forward to every appointment!! I have never felt so cared for w amazing perfection, had a veneer broken and tried 2 other dentists, they couldn’t match it( my front tooth!!) You all spent 3 hours on the temp!! It was perfect The girls are so kind!!! I forgot my watch, and the kept is safe for me all wrapped up!!! The Dr is so kind, gentle, and handsome His performance was unreal Thank you all 🦷🦷🦷

Dr. Mojaver is truly exceptional. She has an unmatched aesthetic eye for creating the perfect set of veneers. The level of service and knowledge she provides completely surpasses any previous healthcare experience I have ever had. Dr. Mojaver deeply understands my desire for perfection and beauty. Both she and her incredible team deliver exactly that. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
