Dr. Purps is like a excellent artist making every detail matter, with precision! Despite having insurance options, my choice is Dr. Purps who is not in network. She is competent and up-to-date with technology. The staff is extremely cordial and welcoming. Going to the dentist can be a nightmare. Goiing to FINE Dentistry is a dream. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sabine is truly heads and shoulders above every biological dentist I’ve seen in San Diego. Her advanced techniques, meticulous attention to detail, and gentle approach set her apart. She never rushes; every visit feels calm, thoughtful, and deeply patient-centered. She takes the time to explain everything (and happily repeats herself when needed), empowering me to choose from well-explained options rather than pushing rushed decisions. I’ve always felt informed, respected, and completely supported. I also appreciate her creativity and willingness to meet me where I’m at on the “crunchy scale.” She’s genuinely holistic, endlessly curious, and clearly committed to learning and growth. I’m in awe. I’ve seen reviews of this place for years from local moms and always talked myself out of it. I’ve been disappointed every time I’ve tried other offices promising that promise a similar holistic approach service but ultimately it would just be a busy dental office…. Cleaning, 5 mins with dentist, treatment plan, chaching. My initial appointment was incredibly informative. I feel like I’ve learned so much and I have a path of hope for not just me but my kids and so many others. If you are looking for a place to TRULY be seen, heard, supported but a team that is deeply committed to you health - this is the place.
