Dr. Fiorillo is an incredible clinician. The results are outstanding and I always feel comfortable in the chair. When it comes to Invisalign, he and Dr. Filstrup work wonders. They are masterful at using this technology in a world where others may not be. They have also selected a team that makes the experience great. They are friendly and responsive and make you feel more like you are at a spa than anyplace else. I can’t say enough.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fiorillo and Dr. Filstrup — they are hands down the best dentists I have ever been to. Like most people, I don’t exactly love going to the dentist, but they somehow make every visit comfortable, fun, and genuinely positive. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a practice that truly cares. After a sports-related accident where I was hit and broke two of my front teeth, Dr. Fiorillo completely changed my smile and my confidence. I needed an implant, and we paired it with veneers to perfectly match everything — the process took time, precision, and trust, and the results have been incredible. Over the past two years, Dr. Fiorillo was there every step of the way, walking me through the process, answering every question, and making sure I always felt confident and taken care of. There were times when I broke temporaries and needed help urgently, and Dr. Fiorillo never hesitated — even shortening a vacation to make sure I was taken care of. That level of dedication is rare and truly says everything about the kind of dentist and person he is. Dr. Filstrup is just as incredible, and together they make an outstanding team. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Cat and Laura at the front desk — they are amazing, welcoming, and always go above and beyond — as well as Theresa, Olivia, and all of the assistants and staff who make every visit seamless. If I’m forgetting anyone, it’s only because the entire team is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines top-tier skill, compassion, and genuine care, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Fiorillo, Dr. Filstrup, and their entire team more highly. UPDATED 3/19 I realized I accidentally left Jess out of my first review — and I had to fix that. In all fairness, I had just had my first cleaning with her, but she was awesome. Super thorough, professional, and really easy to talk to. She made the whole experience comfortable and easy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Jess is a great piece to an already incredible team.

From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome and completely at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and runs incredibly efficiently, and appointments always start on time which I really appreciate. The staff is not only professional but genuinely kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and level of care. They take a thoughtful and personalized approach and never make you feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work. I have also been incredibly impressed with the world class results I have seen from their more complex Invisalign cases. It is clear they have a deep level of expertise when it comes to achieving amazing outcomes, even in situations that require a more advanced and precise treatment plan. It is rare to find a dental practice that combines expertise, hospitality, and consistency at this level. I actually look forward to my visits which says a lot. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top tier dental care in the city.

Dr. Sara L. Filstrup and her assistant, Linda, were absolutely fantastic. They were excellent with my 18-month-old son and treated him with so much respect. What really stood out to me was how they spoke to him in such a fun, playful, age-appropriate way — exactly how you would hope a doctor would talk to a baby. They made the entire experience so positive that, no exaggeration, my son is now brushing his teeth on his own afterward (with my help once he’s finished). I also learned a ton during the visit, which made me feel much more confident as a parent. Dr. Filstrup went above and beyond and even gave us her cell phone number so I could text or call if any issue came up. That level of care and accessibility is incredibly rare. We’re so grateful we found this office and would highly recommend Dr. Filstrup and Linda to any parent looking for a dental team that is kind, knowledgeable, and wonderful with young children.
