I woke up with extreme tooth pain and was advised to come here, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I received a friendly welcome. Even the cleaning staff were so vibrant and happy, which immediately created a positive atmosphere. I didn’t have to wait long at all and was quickly seen by Dr Arian and Nurse Jess. They were both extremely efficient, helpful and reassuring. Dr Arian explained the different options available to me, but I wanted extractions, and he didn’t hesitate. The procedure was quick, straightforward and much easier than I expected. I honestly can’t thank Dr Arian and Nurse Jess enough for their care and professionalism. There was no unnecessary waiting around, no extra faff and no nonsense, just a positive attitude and excellent service from the moment you walk in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dental treatment. Thank you both!

I came here for extreme dental pain and urgent care treatment, for which they determined that an infected wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. The staff had just ordered McDonald's as I walked in, for which they remarked to each other that they couldn't eat it because “they had to do this first.” After just a few minutes, they came up with some kind of excuse as to why they couldn't do it. There was no aftercare and the treatment (if you can call it that) was quite rough. They couldn't answer any of my questions. Payment was taken immediately, despite referring me to an oral surgeon who offered me an appointment that would've taken place 2 months later. Meanwhile, my face looked like I ate a plate of bees. NHS 111 agreed that they didn't make a serious attempt. The oral surgeon who treated me in the end pulled the tooth out without surgery in an appointment that lasted 6 minutes. Avoid these money-grabbing clowns, who go by several names: Malmin Dental, Waterloo Smile Club, and Southwark Urgent Dental Care. Edit: I just looked at the reviews of other 111 patients, and they're EXACTLY the same. They take the payment, do an x-ray, tell you what you already know, tell you that they're not experienced enough to provide the treatment, but then refuse a refund. If you've been scammed by this company, file a chargeback with your bank to get your money back. Second edit: they tried to claim that I didn't respond to their email, but I have an entire email chain with them to prove it. They refused the refund and then stopped replying. I attended this practice as an NHS emergency patient because I was in severe tooth pain that had been ongoing for weeks. I was unable to eat properly, and the pain was affecting my day-to-day life. I left the appointment in exactly the same level of pain that I arrived with. My tooth wasn't fixed, my pain wasn't relieved, and I felt like I had literally paid to have nothing resolved. I understand that not every emergency appointment can provide a permanent solution, but I expected to feel listened to and for my pain to be taken more seriously. Instead, I left still unable to bite on the tooth and feeling as though my concerns hadn't been heard. Overall, I found the service disappointing and left feeling frustrated, unheard, and no better than when I walked in.

Quick and efficient dentist, came with very bad toothache and the dentist has helped me straight away with the pain! They also have private dental appointments so I’ve booked myself for a check up, cheaper than my NHS appointment!

First RED FLAG they asked for payment before seeing me! Its a WAM BAM thank you mam service! Im in alot of pain now, minimum effort lack of experience AVOID AVOID AVOID! Like the plague
