I saw so many online recommendations for First Dental Center as a place that was great for people like me with dentist anxiety. I am so glad I booked an appointment! So far I've had a new client assessment and a deep cleaning. I can't recommend this office enough. Everyone is so caring and considerate, services are amazing, and they go above and beyond to help me stay comfortable during the appointments. I've never had dentist appointments go this well and I wish I had found them years ago. Please give them a try. ♥️

The team at First Dental is personable and makes it quick and easy!

I had an amazing experience at First Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The receptionist made me feel at ease and the dental assistant was so kind and attentive, taking the time to explain every step. The specialist was also fantastic—professional, thorough and really listened to my concerns. I left feeling truly cared for and confident in my dental care. I can’t recommend them enough❤️

First Dental employs unprofessional dentists, who has no respect for patients time. I was a first time patient, and waited 45 minutes to be seen by a dentist, which I was told was on a conference call. I had to reschedule my appointment on the day prior because in route to my appointment, my GPS said I would be there in five minutes. Contacted First Dental to notify the office of my arrival time, and I was told that I had to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule. However, I requested a male dentist instead of a female. I arrived 15 minutes early the following day. Checked in and paid consultation fee. I was called in for an examination. I waited 45 minutes and was told the dentist that I was assigned was on a conference call, but I could see the dentist that I was supposed to see on the day prior. I declined and left. I feel First Dental discriminates against people of color. If you want to be treated poorly, then First Dental is the perfect dental office to visit. I was paying out of my pocket for the services I was seeking. Please do not patronize this practice, unless you want to be disrespected.

I had a great experience at First Dental Center. Over the past 7 days, I had three appointments there and every visit was consistently excellent. There was essentially no wait time, and the entire process was efficient, professional, and very well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Special thanks to the hygienists Amanda and Crystal for being so kind, thorough, and attentive, and to Dr. Nguyen for the excellent care and professionalism. Also, a special shout out to Lila, the therapy dog, who made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

I had an old filling replaced and a tooth extraction done by Dr. Feng. I felt no pain, not even the needle that numbed my gums. The staff is very friendly. I wish all my dental experiences had been this good. I was referred to Dr. Feng and would highly recommend First Dental Center to others.

Doctor Feng and his staff are at the top of their game. Not only are they great at their craft but personable and professional. I would suggest everyone go to First Dental Center and give this incredible team an opportunity. You will leave feeling at ease knowing that your teeth and gums were handled with the utmost care. Let me take this a step further. The follow up a few hours later was more than enough to convince me that this was going to be my dentist for years to come. Truly amazing care by this team!

Best dentist I've been to! They had the most advanced dental technology I've seen, and Dr. Feng fixed my bite in 10 minutes. Their renovated office is beautiful, located in charming Buena Park. I was greeted by friendly staff and a loveable dog. Kitri was my dental hygienist and was also so friendly, thorough, and easy to converse with. I could see that both Kitri and Dr. Feng were passionate in their work, and I highly recommend this family-owned business.

I'm a new patient, and I'm very happy I found First Dental. Dr Feng and the team are professional and do quality work. They are also excellent at keeping you informed about what's happening now and what's happening next. That really helps with anxiety if you are having a procedure done like a root canal or filling.
