Fish and Sarhangian Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr Fish and his staff are quite possibly the most professional medical staff I've encountered in the last 20+ years. The motto of this office is "treat others as you would want to be treated" and they definitely live up to this. The staff has a high level of compassion and empathy, right down to the design of their waiting room which has a large, calming fish tank in it. I am an extremely nervous patient with anxiety disorder and needed an implant. I had been putting it off 10+ months and cancelled a procedure at another office due to nerves. From the minute I met Dr Fish during the consultation, I felt relaxed and I knew this was the professional I wanted to do my procedure. You will not find anyone with more experience. The office staff is friendly and competent. Dr Fish expertly handled my anxiety and immediately got me sedated during the procedure. He contacted me personally later that day to make sure I was OK, which I very much appreciated. He uses a Yomi robot to assist him for the highest level of accuracy. I am 10 days post procedure and everything is healing beautifully -- the pain and swelling after the procedure were extremely minimal and I only took 1 Tylenol. I did opt to get the Experel post-procedure numbing option so that was a good investment. Overall you cannot go wrong with this practice. I highly recommend them. 🙂

This is how a Doctor’s office SHOULD run: polite, on-time, thorough and professional...and, oh yes, expensive. But then, you get what you pay for.

I had a cracked molar that was also infected. I had a consultation with Dr Sarhangian in the morning and got she me scheduled for the extraction the same day. My wife and 3 children have all had procedures done with this practice both Doctors are excellent we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Fish is wonderful! He explains things well and always keep you updated as he is doing a procedure. The office is very clean and inviting and the staff is really nice. I'm glad I was referred to this office.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lisa Marie Sarhangian and her amazing team. I came in after being referred the day before for four extractions, expecting to wait days—but after seeing how much pain I was in, she made sure I was taken care of that same day. As someone with pretty bad dental anxiety, I was nervous walking in, but every single person in that office was so kind, patient, and reassuring. Once the IV sedation started, I was out and woke up feeling calm and taken care of. This level of compassion and care is rare. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend Dr. Sarhangian and her team to anyone needing oral surgery.

My tooth extraction procedure with Dr Sarhangian was exceptional. Pre-op consult provided alternatives and treatment options to inform my choice and reassure confidence in a successful extraction. The surgery process was very organized with Dr Sarhangian and her team executing their role/tasks in a very coordinated fashion. Dr Sarhangian explaining each step of sedation process really eased my apprehension pre-op. Post-op checking by team ensured I wouldn’t be released till I was completely recovered from anesthesia. Post-op recovery at home is proceeding without issue, a testimony to their thorough and solid process. Overall, my experience supports the 5 star rating. I would highly recommend them for oral surgery needs.

Dr. Les Fish did an absolutely amazing job removing my 19-year-old son’s wisdom teeth—all four at once. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. He had the procedure on a Monday and experienced little to no pain throughout his recovery, which was incredible. Dr. Fish used a Journavx-based treatment along with an additional non-narcotic approach to manage pain, and the results were outstanding. My son was able to enjoy Spring Training games that same week without discomfort, which meant the world to us. We are so grateful for Dr. Fish’s expertise, care, and innovative approach.
