This whole practice is wonderful from the time you walk in til you leave. I do however on this review need to mention Gina the hygienist. I had belonged to another dental office for 30 years and had the same girl that whole time. Gina did the best cleaning I ever had and I made sure to book her for next visit. Doctor is so friendly yet professional. Great dentist.

My family has been going to this dental practice for over thirty years. I love the bright, open environment and the fact that they keep up with the latest in dental technology. For example, It’s convenient to have a crown made on site, eliminating the need to mess with a temporary one and avoiding the need for a second visit. The dentist and the team are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I recommend Flex Dental.

My dental health has been complicated and unfortunately required critical intervention. One of my front incisors had been dead for many decades and the infected dead nerve pulp was immersed in calcification spanning the nerve pulp channel making the cleaning process involved with the root canal extremely difficult as x-rays were obscured with so much calcification. Yet infection was pervasive and had already spread above into my gums. Dr Shah and Dr. LaPorte also addressed a file tip also breaking off in the dramatically narrowed canal. They could have easily told me the tooth was “unsalvageable” or referred me to endodontics that would have incurred an unaffordable cost to remove the file fragment, at this time. They used diligence, innovative ways to finally extract this file tip burrowed into the tool canal. I still cannot believe this was done successfully! The remnant of the tooth root now fully cleaned out was the foundation for the new crown for this problematic tooth and the adjacent incisor. However, because I did not follow Dr Shah’s explicit instructions; biting into a hard French roll broke off the temporary crown and fractured the tooth root. Now a new implant was required. Even in this case, Dr Shah and LaPorte decided to use the remnant of the original tooth as a socket and shield approach to maintain the integrity of the gum tissue as well as preservation of the bone volume not only for greater natural aesthetic for the implant; but also, to avoid socket remodeling and further surgeries later. Each step of the way they endeavored to take the path of greatest dental health long term while also avoiding unnecessary costs along the way despite my introducing the need for an implant. Everything was explained to me, and I was amazed by the degree of skill, diligence, professionalism and patience with a very complicated dental health challenge I presented. These dentists resolved a longstanding chronic dental health issue and because of their high standard of professionalism, enabled me to realize an optimal level of dental health without future complications. The entire staff was friendly, including Jessica the dental assistant; very personable, well informed and so very patient in explaining every detail to me. I am very blessed to have gone to Flex Dental.

The office itself was clean, modern, and very well organized. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care for patient comfort—I never felt rushed, and the entire visit was smooth and efficient. I’ve had some really terrible experiences with dentists throughout my adolescence, so I came in with a lot of anxiety. This office has completely changed that for me. Dr. LaPaorte and his entire team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable (and very well numbed!). He is incredibly kind, patient, and walks you through every step, which made such a difference given my past experiences. Even cleanings used to be stressful, but his hygienists are so gentle that I actually look forward to going to the dentist now—which I never thought I’d say! While his services, the quality of care and convenience are absolutely worth it. I love that crowns are done in-house in a single visit—no temporaries or multiple appointments. It may be a longer visit, but everything is completed at once. Another huge plus is that he offers a wide range of services, including general and some oral procedures, so there’s no need to go elsewhere. The entire staff, from front desk to back office, is truly wonderful. I highly recommend this practice!

Just got my first cleaning at Flex Dental today! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The team is incredibly friendly and made the whole visit so comfortable. My cleaning was detailed and gentle, Nicolette was the best!! I left feeling like my teeth have never been cleaner. You can tell they really care about their patients. Definitely recommend! 🦷🪥

This is hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. The office is comfortable and calming, the staff is incredibly kind, and the entire experience feels thoughtful from start to finish. Dr.LaPorte was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which is so rare these days. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a dental office that feels both professional and personal, this is the place.
