Other than the beautiful office and friendly staff, it was a negative experience. My teeth and gums were better before I went to him. I’m out almost forty thousand dollars for only the top 12 teeth and now I have terrible bite issues and constant jaw pain. I would not recommend him to anyone.

If you want the perfect smile (Veneers), Dr.Kiyan is the one! 3 years later and I'm still in love! So much that I came to make a review after seeing all the bad reviews. Glad I caught them on a good day/month!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was lied too and scammed out of 8,000 dollars. I didn’t get anything done here thank god. When I found a new dentist they maxed out the credit card that they pulled out for me to it’s full limit. Do not sign their papers. Also, there are countless horror stories with these folks. I am going to press charges and recoup my stolen money from this band of thieves. Go get your teeth done literally anywhere else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Highly Dissatisfied with Partial Crown Replacements, Invisalign Treatment, Pain, and Irreversible Damage by FLOSS Dental My recent experience at FLOSS dental clinic, where Dr. Mehdizadeh performed the replacement of four partial crowns and an Invisalign treatment, has been nothing short of a nightmare. 

Not only did Dr. Mehdizadeh excessively drill down on my teeth during the crown replacement procedure, but the consequences of both treatments have been devastating and have caused irreparable damage. I underwent the replacement of four partial crowns by Dr. Mehdizadeh. During the procedure, Dr. Mehdizadeh excessively drilled down on my teeth a total of five times, resulting in a severe loss of tooth structure. Despite also expressing my concerns about new pain and sensitivity on the teeth with the new crowns, and an altered bite, I was advised to return to the clinic for adjustments. When it came to taking accountability around the new tooth pain I was told to "see a different dentist, we don't do that"... even though they are the ones who caused the new pain sensitivity. However, it quickly became evident that there was nothing to adjust. My teeth were already too low, flat, and I have pain every single day when I eat. Moreover, this dental work has introduced a lisp that I never had before. The Invisalign treatment, which was meant to improve the alignment of my teeth, turned out to be a complete disappointment. Despite going through the treatment, my teeth were improperly aligned at the end. As a result, my front teeth constantly scraped against each other when I spoke or ate, causing a loud, awful sound in my ears and excruciating pain. It is distressing to think that a treatment I had hoped would enhance my smile ended up causing such discomfort and irreversible issues. The entire service at FLOSS, along with Dr. Mehdizadeh's treatments, came at an exorbitant cost of $19,000. 

Regrettably, rather than improving my oral health, my teeth have been completely ruined. 

Since seeking consultations with other dental professionals following my experience with Dr. Mehdizadeh, I have learned that it will cost me thousands of dollars more to correct the damage caused by FLOSS. 

This additional financial burden, on top of the physical and emotional toll, is deeply distressing. In summary, my experience with FLOSS and Dr. Mehdizadeh regarding the replacement of four partial crowns and the subsequent Invisalign treatment has been an absolute nightmare. 

Dr. Mehdizadeh's excessive drilling, lack of proper adjustments, and the subsequent irreversible damage have left me in a state of despair. 

The significant financial burden I now face to rectify their mistakes, combined with the pain and discomfort I endure daily, only compounds the distress caused by their incompetence. I strongly advise against choosing FLOSS dental clinic for any dental procedures. Their disregard for patient well-being, inability to deliver satisfactory results, and the subsequent financial implications are utterly unacceptable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! And BEWARE: they try to hide bad reviews with multiple excellent reviews RIGHT AWAY! I don’t have time rn to write a full review on my experience, but one small example is they insisted I need X-ray; then claimed my tooth 3 and 4 needs crown, it will $3760 and insurance won’t pay anything. I got suspicious, visited 3 different dentists, 2 of them were shocked who the heck said that because these tooth are freaking solid!!! I did filling with the 3rd dentist, told nothing to him about dr. Mehdizadeh so to make sure they’re unbiased. It only cost me $49 in total. Yes, $49!! Do you now understand why they didn’t want to report it to insurance? This business is a scam. Dr. Mehdizadeh, I’m so sorry for myself for thinking that I can trust you just because we’re from same country. And I’m even more sorry for you… you could use your expertise in the right way to make this world a better place and make people smile bigger but instead you just decided to make your own pocket bigger… and Jennifer? Don’t even get me started on that.

This review is long overdo - I could not be more grateful for Dr. Kiyan and his entire team! After searching for a dentist to help me achieve the look I desired, I stumbled across his practice. I was hoping to get my veneers re-done (which I had gotten somewhere else) before my sisters wedding that was just a couple months away. I figured it was a long shot however I crossed my fingers and gave his office a call. I mentioned my time-frame to them and they were able to squeeze me in the next day for a consultation... within a few weeks I was walking out of his office with a brand new beautiful smile. Dr. Kiyan and his team really took their time to listen to my concerns and curate the most natural / pristine smile for me. I'm so happy I've found my dentist for life and I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned in his office for many years to come. Oh yeah, they play pretty great music too. Thank you Dr. Kiyan and everyone at Floss! See you again soon!

Since I got into the office I didn’t want to leave. Very good attention, god vibes and fun environment, very stylish. They sent me home with a whiter smile and wanting to come back for a cleaning. Thank you for a fun day at the dentist and your great attentions!!

It took me 20 years to find the right dentist! And I've seen dentists all over the world! I would give 10 stars if I only could. Dr. Kiyan is more than just the best dentist in his field, but also a great human being! He is very professional, honest, with a great sense of humor, very stylish and full of life and positive vibes! The whole office team is just superb! All the ladies are very friendly, attentive to details and always follow through. Office is very modern, clean and has its own personality💙 Never did I enjoy going to a dentist until now.
