Looking for a new dentist in network with my insurance and found Four Seasons Dental. It was clean, the hygienist was wonderful, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The dentist was also knowledgeable, committed to his practice and willing to answer all my questions. I must admit previous reviews made me nervous. It seems this practice is in transition, and I am glad I took the chance.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been coming here for at least 5 years. They have had different dentists that have bought the practice and different employees throughout the years., and all of them were so kind and helpful. I never had any problems until today. About 4 months ago I had made an appointment to get a root canal and crown and I had missed it because of some family emergencies when I tried to call and reschedule I couldn't get ahold of anyone for months, then just went by and the business was empty. I went to that area yesterday and they seemed magically back open so I made an appointment for some mouth pain and a cleaning. Today I went in to get just a simple cleaning and check up, they had an intern doing my cleaning and the other lady that was helping her was very rude, they didn't do any of the proper steps even after I said something multiple times, she went back and did the steps she missed but all in the wrong order. The new general dentist there cant even do root canals and they said they would have to refer me to a place in denver , they are all very under qualified. My teeth hurt and feel dirty. I have never been more disappointed in Four Seasons Dental. I will never go back.
I had gone once before for some fillings and a cleaning and things went fine. This most recent experience will have it so I don't return. The dental assistant was absolutely wonderful. I wish I got her name but she was kind, gentle, and listened. The doctor was incredibly rude. I had pulled away since my mouth began to hurt and he wasn't exactly going easy with the exam. (Just had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago. Still sensitive) His response: "Do you want your teeth cleaned or not?" Not by you, doc.
