The doctor and staff were very good and professional.
Booked an appointment for 3 pm. Due to an accident on the high way I made it at 3:11pm. I know that I have a grace period of 15 minutes. I stood in line to speak to the front desk lady and was told I was “late buddy”. I told her I was here at 311 she said “no you’re here at 3:15. She went to the back to check if the doctor was still in. She then tells me welp you have to reschedule. She left already. How could the doctor leave before my 15 minute grace period? There was no level or professionalism. I lost time from work for nothing. Worst dental experience I’ve ever had . Will not go back nor did I reschedule and appointment
I had an appointment today for 3:00pm, I drove 40 mins to get to this appointment and left work early. I get to the facility at 3:11pm due to an accident on the highway. I also know there is a 15 min grace period. The lady at the front desk was with a gentleman discussing something. When they were finished I approached the desk, at this time it was 3:15pm. The lady goes "your 15 mins late buddy", in which I responsed no I was at 3:11 I was waiting in the line. She then goes to the back of the office and comes back up saying welp you have to reschedule, the doctor has left. I am extremely angry, I'm not someone who complains or writes reviews but I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE! Staff is nasty and unprofessional! Do not go here.
The dentist is great. Everybody their treats you with respect
I absolutely love this place appointments. Don’t take long. Doctor is not trying to hurt you. Talk you through it. They come up with the best things for you that you may need. I love it
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at ease with all procedures. The dr is gentle and I felt no pain at all . I would highly recommend this dentist..
Had an amazing experience! They were very knowledgeable and explained everything as it was being done. They also made sure I felt comfortable, were personable and the office was clean and well organized. Happy to have found a dentist office I trust.
