Very sad to have to leave this dental practice but unfortunately it has gone downhill in the past couple of years. The two remaining Dentist are very kind however their best hygienist Nadine left and since then they seem to be played with non-stop scheduling issues and constant billing “mix ups”. Such a bummer as again super nice dentists, unfortunately incompetent front of house and insurance coordination staff. Can no longer recommend.

Great dentist office! Friendly staff, very thorough and knowledgeable. Very gentle with cleaning as well, and responsive to your needs. Dr Patterson takes time to explain and walk you through best treatments and options. Best dentist I’ve been to!

It is so great to have a dentist who is top of their game and local. I have know Dr. Growney since high school and my family/extended family have been going to his dentistry for over a decade. He has helpful staff, it is easy to get an appointment, he listens and he doesn’t try to “upsell”. Most of all I can’t say enough about how great it is to go to a dentist who is rooted in San Francisco and not up and leave! Five stars all around!

I love this practice! Everyone is professional, thorough, and no drama. Dr. Patterson is the best dentist I’ve had in my entire 60+ life and all the hygienists are excellent. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Kevin is the best dentist. Our family has been seeing him for years and can’t recommend his practice enough. They just remodeled their building, have multiple locations in the city, easy to get an appointment, personable staff. Kevin is excellent at his practice and the kindest and remembers all his patients and their families so well. Love the staff Nadine, Jeannine all are lovely here.

My entire family (two parents, two high schoolers) sees Dr. Patterson at Franklin Dental Group. I cannot say enough good things about the entire practice! Dr. Patterson himself is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and always has our best interests in mind. Routine cleanings, cavities, sensitivity, as well as recommending us to other practitioners when we have needed root canals or specialty dental devices——we have always felt like we were in excellent hands. His staff is warm, very flexible with scheduling, and really make us all feel at home. We love this place!!!
