Been going to this place for years and it used to be great. They even used to have saturday availability. In this past year they have had so much staff turnover, they changed my doctor without my consent, changed their schedule so much every single one of my appointments I made a few months in advance got cancelled by them, and I would only be told a few days prior. The turnover of employees means they are so behind on filing claims that my claim from May 2024 did not get filed for over a year, and I had to personally foot the bill now because insurance doesn't take claims from over a year back. All this despite updating them multiple times on which insurance I had.
Will forget to file insurance (for over a year) and claim you owe over $400 every time you come to visit
Had a fallen out crown from a bad root canal from another dentist, came to Dr. Hassan and she got it sorted out in a couple weeks and i’m pain free and feels back to normal. Super quick with the procedures and very high quality care :)

I booked a cleaning. They moved my original appointment. When I got there at the new time, I still had to wait for well over an hour. When I finally got attention, the upselling began. I've had less pushy sales experiences at used car lots. I did not get my teeth cleaned, and no - I will not be going back.
I showed up the other day for an appointment, but the confirmation must have not gone through because they didn’t have me on their schedule. Dre at the front desk was extremely helpful and fit me in 30 minutes after my expected appointment time. He was also very patient and attentive when I was having trouble with my insurance information. The staff was very communicative of what they were doing and what I can do moving forward to maintain dental hygiene. I will definitely be coming back!
Whole staff was very kind and professional even when there was an issue with my insurance as a new patient. I was very impressed with Dr. Fan on my first visit he really took the time and care to explain what my teeth need in order to keep them healthy and the science behind the dental care. Overall very welcoming experience and couldn’t have asked for much better!
