I absolutely agree with all the 5-star ratings and positive comments—if I could give 10 stars, I would! I lived in the Lakewood area for almost 20 years and only wish I had found Dr. Friedberg and her staff sooner. Everyone is amazing—personable, welcoming, and truly top-notch. I can’t say enough great things about this practice! If you’re looking for a fantastic dentist and team, Freiberg Family Dentistry is it. Highly recommend!

Dr. Freiburg was just going to cut away my tooth for no reason and charge me over $500!! She is a crook!! Save yourself the headache and go to any other dentist! This practice does not care about their patients or their families. Their only concern is money! I should have left when Dr. Hall retired but I tried to have hope for a new dentist. After years of dreading coming to this office I finally hit my breaking point. The staff is so rude and truly has no respect for patients time. When I asked to speak with the dentist directly, I was given two different explanations by the office staff, which made me feel like I wasn’t being told the truth. All I wanted was to talk to the dentist to ease my mind, yet I was never given that opportunity. I believe it’s important for dentists to understand the anxiety many people feel about dental visits. This office does not care! They only care about themselves.

I came here in the fall of 2025 for an evaluation. My experience was in the middle. Dr. Freinberg and her brother where really nice. The place felt a little dirty. The receptionists where rude. When I was getting xrays done, i dont think dr freibergs brother changed his gloves from his last patient because I could taste toothpaste or some kind of product as he was going in and out of my mouth for the xrays. It tasted like I was getting a cleaning. In the room they took us too, they had a small bottle of numbing product out on the desk by the computer, my toddler walked past it and we kept them away from that area. Dr.Freigbergs brother did the mouth exam, he counted the teeth and poked the gums to check for size. As he was going in and out of my mouth he would touch the key board and go back in my mouth with the same hand. It did not seem very hygienic. Freigberg and her brother where nice but it didnt feel clean and a little outdate and not so professional and I had a soar throat for a whole week after that day. I never went back.

We had mixed experiences. My wife went in and came out with a filling that popped out and needs to have another appointment to resolve. I took my two kids and myself a week later. One of our kids experienced a quick cleaning and had a good experience. My daughter complained of painful cleaning and service. I had that same experience with abrupt hygenist cleaning and scraping. We both felt the after affects for a day or so afterwards. We all agree these are lovely people and they want to provide their best service. We may need to find a different service moving forward just to be sure that our kids dont have any more experiences like the last.

This is an amazing practice! All of the staff is very kind, personable, welcoming and very professional. They are thorough and Dr. Freiberg explains everything she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable. They are very upfront with pricing, never trying to sell anything you do not need. They are always clear about what insurance covers. She is great with kids and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
