Update on my 10 year old review. I am still a very happy patient of Dr Jentzsch and the Fresh Dental team. They have cared for me for over a decade now and I can’t recommend them enough. Dr. Jentzsch and his staff are simply fantastic! They provide quality, timely dental care without gutting your wallet. They're accurate with their estimated time frames for your appointment and work with your insurance to find the most affordable solution to your dental needs. If, heaven forbid, you find yourself with an emergency they're on it. Jeff and his staff even came in after-hours to take care of my urgent issue saving me three days of pain and discomfort. They far exceeded my expectations for a dental practice. I wouldn't trust my smile with anyone else and neither should you.

Dr Jentzsch and his staff are skilled, caring people. After 6 months, 11 days my wonderfully wonky teeth are back and I couldn't be happier. Their patience and care during this difficult, double whammy time in my life, is so appreciated.

It looks like Dr. Jentzsch has, unfortunately, changed his staff. I've been getting my teeth cleaned there for the last couple years and the receptionist has always been kind and courteous. Not anymore. The cleaning has always been covered by my insurance. When I showed up for my appointment this morning, the new receptionist told me that since I was diagnosed with "periodontal disease" I would be paying for my cleaning out of pocket. I said I should have been informed of this before I showed up for my appointment. I walked out into the lobby, walked back to the front desk and asked if I could get a basic cleaning. She said no. When I asked why not she got upset and a mildly heated exchange ensued, during which another staff I didn't recognize appeared. I asked her if the receptionist knew what she was talking about. She said yes and if I continued to "treat her like that, I could leave." As I was walking out, one of them told me if I didn't leave, they would call the police, to which I replied with an expletive as I was walking out the door. I wish I would have recorded the exchange. I'm not going back and I think both of them should be fired.

If you're looking for an extremely skilled dentist that listens and makes absolutely sure that you're satisfied, you need to make an appt here! Very happy with my results and have been going for 3-4 years. Lovely staff as well.

Our favorite dentist of Eugene, we have both went here for many years. Great job of teeth cleaning, has been painless. The entire staff, including the Doc, are also nice people. Don't hesitate to try them.

I no longer dread going to the dentist. The Fresh dental team always calls me by name and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable with being there. It is very clean and a warm and inviting environment. They always explain everything to me and seek my feedback. I highly recommend Fresh Dental!

For the first time in my life I had an urgent problem with my mouth that needed attention. I stopped in to see my Dentist Dr. Jentzsch in Eugene, OR to make an appointment. The receptionist told me they could work me in right then and immediately called for an X-Ray. Dr. Jentzsch saw me and performed a minor surgery that seems to have solved my pain and problem. He was no-nonsense professional, dealt with the issue and then moved on to his regularly scheduled appointments. I felt so relieved and grateful. I did not have to wait.
