I bring my children to the Siskey location. Dr K and the assistants are very patient with them, and explain everything that they are going to do. They are no longer afraid to go to the dentist. The front desk staff is also very friendly and informative. This is a great office!
I’ve moved a lot and have been to a lot of dentists. I’ve only been to Family Dental once but everyone I interacted with was very kind, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I only remember the name of Alicia, the x-ray tech (?), but the hygienist, doctor and both people at the front desk were wonderful. I had really nice interactions with everyone and just want to thank them. I look forward to continuing my visits with them.
Liz is the office manager and she was so informative when going over my treatment plan! She let me know that I didn't have the proper insurance coverage so she offered me a payment plan that was so helpful! Thank you Liz! The Matthews office is lucky to have you! Everyone I encountered were also very kind and helpful!
I was super anxious coming in but from the start it was probably the best experience I've had at the dentist. The whole staff was nice. They were able to accommodate me fast and easy. Dr. Karanth, Alisha, and Annette all took great care of me. They explained everything very well and comforted me. Happy I finally found an amazing dental group.
