If I could give zero stars, I would. Nearly two years ago, my dad chose Vlad after doing extensive research and deciding he wanted the best possible denturist. Cost was never the deciding factor - his priority was comfort, function, and quality. He trusted Vlad to provide a well-fitting set of complete dentures. Instead, he left feeling ripped off, dismissed, embarrassed, frustrated, and ultimately physically and emotionally hurt. The dentures he received were not functional. They caused constant pain, rubbed his gums so severely that he developed exposed bone, and led to recurring infections. Despite multiple follow-up appointments and adjustments, the problems were never resolved. Vlad refused to remake the dentures or offer an appropriate solution, even though they were causing significant injury. I have included photos to show we are not exaggerating. I have worked in the dental field for eight years, and I have never seen a denture shaped like this. The excessive slope on the back of the denture continually dug into the tissues in my dad’s mouth, causing ongoing trauma. Eating became painful. He hasn’t been able to comfortably enjoy foods like steak or burgers since receiving these dentures, and even speaking caused painful rubbing. To make matters worse, adjustments came at an additional cost, despite the dentures never fitting or functioning properly. Vlad refused to listen or show compassion towards my dad. He did not listen to him. Throughout the process, my dad felt his concerns were repeatedly dismissed rather than addressed. The reason I’m writing this review nearly two years later is because my dad was embarrassed and never shared his frustration and disappointment with his family. He didn’t want to burden anyone and genuinely believed he had no choice but to live with these dentures until he qualified for a replacement years later. After repeatedly being turned away by the person he trusted to help him, he simply gave up. This issue came to light on Father’s Day this year (2026) when he couldn’t enjoy a meal we had planned for him. I was shocked and disgusted by Vlad’s work. As someone who works in dentistry, I find this level of care completely unacceptable. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion, respect, and professionally made appliances that do not cause injury. Based on what my dad experienced, I will also be filing a complaint with the College of Denturists and exploring other avenues for accountability and reimbursement. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure what my dad has experienced. I am posting this review to both of his locations.

My experience was so great. Vlad took steps to ensure I would be comfortable with the new denture. There are 4 visits - impression, bite, try-in, and final fitting. Because he takes such care and attention to detail, Vlad creates the perfect denture that will be part of your life for years to come. It's a comfortable experience. Anastasiia welcomed me warmly every time, and also helped me negotiate with my insurance company. You can feel a good energy in their place, and you know you're in a caring environment.

I am a woman in her 30’s and I had my top teeth removed. I loved my real teeth and smile. I was not myself with the first set teeth I had gotten when the impression was done before my teeth were pulled. Vlad is amazing, professional but really easy to connect with. He was patient with my tardiness and he listened to me. My second set were more than outstanding 😄🔥💯😀😃😄😁 I love my teeth and I love my smile again. Thank you.

My father got a new denture from the clinic last year and is happy about it. Vlad and his team went above and beyond to help my father.

I can't speak enough to Vlad's professionalism and pride In workmanship. He worked hard with me to make sure I got what I wanted within my bidget. I usually don't write reviews, but for this place I will. Took my mum for her dentures. Vlad was great and helped my mum out a lot. He did the denture in one day. Even the receptionist was amazing. They are professional and do their best to assist you . I went to another denturist before and my kept complaining about how they made her dentures. When I went to Vlad he was honest and he made the denture with no issues. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need for a denture.
