The staff are attentive, efficient, and high-quality. After six years of visiting twice a year, I feel well taken care of.
Worst experience of my life. I was a patient at this place for over 15 years until the new owners took over. Both Dr. Batista and Dr. Gomez were terrible. I ended up losing a tooth that was originally a crown, which they put in after the anesthesia had worn off. I suffered the worst pain of my life for a month until they finally had to extract the tooth because they didn't prescribe antibiotics until it was too late. Even the preparation they did for a future implant was a disaster, with an infection from the start that also failed. I wasted thousands of dollars on failed treatments and days I couldn't work because of the pain in that tooth. I never even received such bad dental care in Cuba. Dinorah, the hygienist, is a sweetheart, as is Eglis at reception. I'm going to miss them because I'm never going back there.
My dental issue was not resolved and the dentist’s behavior during the appointment felt inappropriate and unprofessional
