I really liked the Gables Family Dental, went there for my cleaning and the hygienist Kelly was amazing!

Outstanding experience! The entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office is spotless, efficient, and equipped with the latest technology.

I had a great experience during my dental cleaning with Kelly. She was very patient, caring, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. She was also incredibly sweet and kind, and her gentle approach made the entire experience much more pleasant. In addition, the office staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. Everyone was professional, kind, and made me feel at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.

I used to come to this dentist as a kid and now that I moved back to the area, I visited them again and still had a great experience. Kelly did my cleaning and she was amazing. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

I first visited this clinic for a routine follow-up cleaning, and during the exam they discovered an issue with a crown I had done elsewhere. They are now in the process of replacing it, and everything so far has been smooth, professional, and well organized. Everyone I’ve interacted with takes the time to explain each step without hesitation, which really puts you at ease. Hands down to Kelly, the hygienist, Warly and Dr. Murias have been excellent in walking me through the treatments, are knowledgeable and outstanding with the service. I truly appreciate the level of care and transparency from the entire team and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Yetzi and Dr. Devanna are an amazing team. They both make you feel relaxed and confident which is important when choosing a dentist. I’ve been treated at this office for more than two years, and they have a way to accommodate my needs and busy schedule.

I have been coming to this dental office for over 13 years, and it truly feels like a part of our family’s story. When we first started, they only treated adults, and I was so grateful when they later opened a children’s section—it meant everything to us to keep our whole family in one place we already trusted. To us, this office feels like a true “mom and pop” gem in the Coral Way neighborhood. While they have grown tremendously over the years and now serve so many patients (clearly because of the demand and the care they provide), they have never lost that personal touch. Every visit still feels warm, familiar, and genuine. We’ve had the privilege of working with two incredible office managers during our time here. Jonathan, our first office manager, was amazing—always supportive, compassionate, and there for our family during several dental emergencies over the years. Now Ana runs the office, and she is just as wonderful. She is kind, attentive, and respectful to both staff and patients. She truly listens to concerns and makes sure everything is handled with care. And I cannot say enough about my dental hygienist, Kelly. She is simply the best. Kelly is incredibly professional, thorough, and caring. I genuinely look forward to seeing her every six months. Over the many years she has cared for my family, I have never once felt rushed or overlooked—her focus and dedication are unmatched. It’s a personal experience when someone has cared for your family for so long, and that means more than words can say. This office is truly one of Coral Way’s hidden gems. I highly recommend this location and their other offices as well. I hope they continue to grow for many years to come and are able to expand even more to meet the needs of this community and the surrounding neighborhoods.

I am very disappointed with the service at this dentist office. I arrived only 10 minutes late, and even though I called ahead to let them know I was running about 5–7 minutes behind, they still refused to see my daughter. Instead, they chose to take another patient whose appointment was at 5:00 and told me they needed to reschedule us. The front office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no understanding, no flexibility, and no kindness shown. My daughter left crying because she was excited to get her teeth fixed, and they didn’t even try to help us. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate or professional care.

1/5 Stars: Dismissive Staff and Constant Upselling I'm submitting this review after years of frustration, which ended with a poor phone interaction this morning. The dental hygienist and Anna, the manager that helped me when things escalated in the end, are the only positives: they are both truly outstanding, empathetic, and excellent at their jobs. The practice is clearly focused on money, not patient care. This morning's call exposed this perfectly: when I called to clarify a supposed "cavity," I learned they were actually pushing for a crown without any real medical justification or explanation. When I tried to understand the proposed treatment, receptionist Dania was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. I was baffled by her lack of care. Between the constant, unjustified upselling and the poor administrative service, it's clear the patient is not the priority here. Also, the high staff turnover is a big issue: I've rarely seen the same dentist twice, which compromises continuity of care. Finally, getting my patient records transferred was deliberately difficult. It took four emails, three phone calls and I ultimately had to reference my HIPAA rights before they would release my records. This administrative obstruction clearly shows their resistance to letting patients seek care elsewhere. I'm moving my business to a more empathetic dental office in Coral Gables. Do better.

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Frank Murias and the entire team at Gables Family Dental for their outstanding care during my dental implant procedure. As a patient with hemophilia, I was initially very concerned about the risks, but Dr. Murias and his staff took every precaution to ensure my safety and comfort throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. They coordinated everything carefully, followed all the necessary protocols for my condition, and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Gables Family Dental to anyone looking for top-quality dental care especially for patients with special medical conditions who need a team that truly understands and cares.
