I had such a great experience with Galati Orthodontics that I felt compelled to share. My permanent retainer broke unexpectedly, and after calling around to about 15 different offices, I kept running into the same issues - either they weren’t accepting new patients or they couldn’t even provide the service I needed. However when I called Galati Orthodontics, they were able to get me in the very next day and fix my retainer quickly and seamlessly. The entire process was so easy from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how kind, helpful, and efficient the entire team was. They made me feel comfortable right away and handled everything with professionalism and care. On top of that, I was expecting to pay closer to $300 based on my research, but the final cost was under $200, which was a huge and very welcome surprise. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience.
