I had a really great experience at Garden State Oral Surgery. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel less nervous. The office was clean and organized, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated how patient and caring everyone was throughout my visit. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Garden State Oral Surgery to anyone looking for a friendly and professional place to go!

Beware. I took my son for extractions and surgical exposure for impacted tooth. They assured me during the consultation that the doctor could administer anesthesia to sedate him. At the end, they only did the extractions and told me that I needed to go to a hospital to have surgery because his case was complicated and he would have to be put to sleep. They never clarified that the anesthesia was partial sedation and he would be awake during procedure. They absolutely lied to me. I asked if we needed an anesthesiologist during the consultation and they said no the doctor there could put him to sleep. Now I have to start over and take him to a new oral surgeon and not sure if my insurance is going to pay for another procedure. They should of told me during the consultation that there was a chance he would need to be put to sleep and that they cannot do this so I could take him somewhere else. They provided only the information they wanted to provide so you will agree to have the procedure done at their office. They take the risk of having to tell you more later when it's too late and they can bill for whatever was done at their office. So please beware if going here for an impacted tooth. The staff was nice but still not fair to withhold info and not explain clearly that they cannot put patients to sleep.

If I could give a zero star I would! I had a wisdom teeth surgery scheduled for Thursday and 4 days beforehand they call me saying I had to reschedule so I picked Saturday because it was the earliest since I had already adjusted my personal life around this appointment. Once I got there on Saturday I had to wait 3 hours when I was scheduled for 11am. I end up being the last patient there for that day, and I felt like the staff was being extremely rude to me trying to rush me out of the door as fast as possible. I was promised all 4 teeth being extracted and the day of the appointment they end up telling me they are only going to do one side because of not having enough time, like it’s my problem!! I made an appointment for 11am there should’ve been more than enough time to extract all 4 but they only do what’s convenient for them. They end up doing my right side, and I wake up crying and frustrated and one of the assistants LIED to me saying it was because I was being combative and screaming (how am I able to do that if I’m sedated) and that my “screaming” was disturbing the patients (I WAS THE LAST ONE, there was no one else to disturb even if I had been screaming which I wasn’t!) I felt extremely disrespected and lied to, and have never had this experience at a dentist office. If you want to waste your time, not be cared for, and dismissed then this is the place for you. Dental Surgeon was Steven Dirienzo.

Amazing! Their work was fantastic! The Doctor kindly guided me through what was going to happen and how they were going to do it. Once they put the medicine in my bloodstream, I felt like all the nerves in my body were relaxed, which lead to me not feeling a thing. My surgery that I completed there was seamless and smooth. Everything healed quickly and now I am well on my way to a healthy journey to some pretty white pearls!

I went in today for some extractions, and my experience was excellent. The staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and kind from the moment I arrived. The doctor made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. He was very professional and caring throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend Garden State Oral Surgery to anyone in need of oral surgery. If you’re in the Elizabeth area, this is definitely a place you can trust.

I just had an excttaction , Victoria was the dental assistant and she was so nice I did not fell anything at all, just the little pinch of the butterfly for the anesthesia. Thank you to all team you guys are awesome
