WARNING: this guy is practicing without a license. Google it. He’s been arrested and charged with felonies. Just saw it in an article. I have an attorney. I had to revise this review. After having an emergency appointment for a root canal there I had X-rays at our dentist here. The root canal poorly done and the build up ruined. I just lost the tooth. It was still infected from his job a month ago. Beware. I also asked for a refund for the crown I pod for there that is useless. I’ll keep you posted. Almost a year later and he has done nothing to refund. I am consulting now with an attorney there. This guy also had me come in alone with no one helping him on a Sunday. He called me sweetie and was inappropriate in many ways. The next day his office personnel was not professional. Not in actions or their attire. No masks either. Unheard of anywhere else. Beware of this office.
My experience with Dr William C. Gardner was horrible to say the least. He put unnecessary crowns. Now I'm having to get them removed. On top of that I found that he is working on a revoked license. He has hurt allot of people and has been reported to the state dental board.
Awesome Dentist. I have been coming here for now almost 2 years. Every time it never surprises me how much they care and treat you like family. Dr. Gardner is down to earth and makes you feel welcomed. The hygienist Jacque is super nice and sweet. Thank you guys for being awesome!
Practicing without a license!
I had my semi-annual check-up and cleaning with Dr. Gardner on 23 September 2020. His staff was friendly and expecting me. Tara, my dental technician was right there to take me to in for my cleaning and polishing. Tara was very friendly and offered specific advice on how better brush my teeth and gums. Dr. Gardner came in at the end with a warm and friendly greeting and examined my teeth and gums, giving me a clean dental bill of health. I've been going to Dr. Gardner for over fourteen years now (since I retired from the Air Force), and have been very satisfied with the wonderful care that he and his staff have provided me for my oral health.
Exceptional dentist who provides excellent care! It’s truly rare when a health provider really listens to the patient about health concerns as well as how every day life! His skills in every aspect are top-notch and always successful! His office staff makes you feel important as they welcome you and really visit with you on a truly personal level! My husband and I drive 30 miles just to have Dr. Gardner look after our dental needs! Highly recommend!!
Wow... that's what I would've said if it weren't for the swollen gums! But I'll say it again, now that I feel better! WOW. Dr. Gardner was amazing, he and his marvelous staff was just... again, wow! I had issues with my wisdom teeth and all four were removed in one sitting. This was my first time here and I loved the fact that right off the bat, the office was nice, the greeting was pleasant, the paperwork quick and the experience was no where near a horror movie parody. And believe me, I LOVE horror movies! But Dr. Gardner was very informative and straight to the point, and explained his steps as he was doing it while being gentle (tooth story... get it... 'true' story...) Any who, I kind of wish he had a Go-Pro (head-cam) so I can see what he was doing, I find medical procedures fascinating! But overall, I highly recommend this Dentist to anyone and everyone! Thanks!
My Mom, who is a senior, called me to tell me that she loved her experience at Dr. Gardner's office. Funny that going to the dentist would be enjoyable. Everyone in the office was so professional, kind, and caring. Mom asked that I write this review for her. I visited the office on Mom's initial consultation and I was very impressed by the beautiful office and the attention to detail. I could not be there for the tooth extraction, but felt very confident in the Doctor and his staff that Mom would be taken care of and that the results would be fantastic. I met Dr. Gardner briefly and found him to be very efficient, effective, and personable. Really nice guy. Mom said that he and his staff kept Mom informed all along the way about the process, during the process and made her feel so confident and comfortable. She said they were over-the-top kind and truly concerned about her not feeling any pain. GREAT JOB AND THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF MY MOM.
Dr. Gardner is a great family dentist and orthopedic. My whole family goes there, and his work is excellent. He put braces on my son, and we never had an issue, his smile looks great now! He's done a crown and bridge on my husband, with no issues. Our family has bi-yearly cleanings and they are great! I would recommend him for all ages. I've been to bad dentists with ugly worn down offices, and Dr. Gardner has top of the line technology, a newly built modern office, and his staff is always helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is very cozy, and makes you feel welcome!
