Gargash Hospital in Dubai

I came and asked to reception to check my Inssurance card and id he told me it’s covered I want to do a full check up, I paid for my consultation, doctor wrote the blood test only, he didn’t even touch me, then they said vitamin d not covered I have to pay extra, I paid it, after waiting long time they call me, I sit to do blood test then they say sorry we can’t do it’s not covered :) I don’t understand why they wasted 3hours of my life, I paid money and didn’t get anything I don’t recommend this hospital at all!! Waste of time and money

Unfortunately, the hospital is not what it used to be. The rooms are old, the bathrooms are poorly maintained with unpleasant odors, and the overall level of service has noticeably declined. We chose this hospital expecting a genuine 5-star experience, but sadly, what we received felt closer to a 2-star standard. Very disappointing, especially considering the price paid. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving the facilities, cleanliness, and service to bring the hospital back to the standard it was once known for.

My experience with Dr. Daria Fedorenko at Trellis (Gargash) Hospital was exceptional. What makes her stand out is not just her high level of professionalism, but her deep humanity and attentive approach. She truly takes the time to listen and treat you with sincere care and understanding. Coupled with the great service at Trellis (Gargash) Hospital, the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I can’t recommend Dr. Daria enough to anyone seeking a dedicated and warm physician in Dubai! 🤍

Being a staff member at the hospital doesn’t mean I don’t have the right to share my personal experience as a patient. I honestly can’t thank Dr. Nassim Adel Hamamah enough for everything she did for me throughout my pregnancy. From my first visit until the day I delivered my baby, she was incredibly caring, attentive, and patient with me. I definitely wasn’t the easiest patient—I worried a lot, didn’t always follow instructions perfectly, and when I developed poorly controlled gestational diabetes, she monitored me very closely and never made me feel alone. What touched me the most was that whenever I got overwhelmed with work and missed my follow-up appointments, she wouldn’t just wait for me to come. She would actually come to my department, take me by the hand, and bring me herself to check on me and make sure both my baby and I were okay. That level of care is something I’ll never forget. On the day I gave birth, she stayed beside me unitll the midnight in the recovery room, holding my hand, trying to keep me warm, and comforting me until I felt better. Being away from my family wasn’t easy, but because of her, I never felt alone. She made me feel like I had family with me. The care, compassion, and genuine kindness she showed me went far beyond what anyone would expect from a doctor. I truly don’t think I could have received this level of support anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Nassim, for making one of the most important journeys of my life so much easier. I wish you nothing but happiness, success, and countless blessings. May God make your life as easy as you made my pregnancy and delivery. 🙏♥️♥️

Dr Hina is amazing!

They are not only highly skilled professionals, but also genuinely kind and caring people who made me feel safe, comfortable, and reassured every step of the way.
