This is a great practice. Dr. Woodall and his staff are skilled and professional. Patients have input into their treatment plans and there is no pressure to undergo expensive procedures. There is a focus on proactive and comprehensive treatment to avoid problems down the road. Gina, Dr. Woodall’s assistant is extremely skilled , professional and a perfectionist. The office staff is friendly, helpful and work hard to iron out any insurance issues. This practice is top notch in every respect.

As both a patient and a dental assistant, I can’t recommend Dr. Woodall and his team highly enough. While I was in dental assisting school, I was looking for an office where I could shadow and continue learning. Dr. Woodall welcomed me back time and time again, and every experience was wonderful. My overall experience has been nothing but amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely coordinators who guided me through the entire process in detail and took care of the paperwork. Dr. Gary Woodall is very likeable and quickly eases you out before diving deep into patient history and setting expectations. My hygienist, Silky Kramer was really meticulous and patient, taking time to answer all the questions I had. Dr. Woodall and his staff are hands down THE BEST. They’re the only healthcare providers I’ve ever had in my entire life who I feel like I have a relationship with. They know who I am when I walk in the door, and they are always interested in my life. They call me right back and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby. I’ve had no major dental issues so it’s typically just a quick cleaning but I had a toothache when I went in yesterday and I felt like Dr. Woodall and Haley immediately jumped all over it and took every measure to figure out what was going on. And my tooth is no longer hurting! So grateful, and I’ll be going to this office until doc retires.
