This is in response to your retort. I did not hold up one dime. I paid in full the day of completion. My mouth is sinking in more every day, like taking false teeth out because the teeth you installed are too small. Please do the right thing and refund my $8400. so I can have them done correctly and save my face.

I would recommend Dr. Michael Diaz. It is difficult to provide details without disclosing Healthcare information, so when I first submitted this review, I merely stated that I recommended him. Having utilized Dr. Diaz for a couple of years, he takes the time to explain what he recommends, including the expense. I received excellent personalized service and went back to work right after. He is fast, effective, and knowledgeable.

I’ve had a great experience with this dental office. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcomed from start to finish. Dr. Mick and his team took care of the emergency I came in for on the same day. Highly recommend if in need of a new dentist.

I was very nervous about getting a root canal. Dr. Mick and the staff were so kind and caring. They explained every step and Dr. Mick checked on me constantly to make sure I was doing good throughout the entire procedure. The root canal was much better than I expected. Also, my permanent crown was ready in about 30 minutes so I don’t have to go back to get another crown. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot thank Dr. Michael Diez and his amazing assistants, Rachel and Julie, enough for their incredible care and compassion. I had an emergency situation involving my front tooth and was extremely stressed about finding a solution quickly. Not only were they able to get me in the very same day, but they truly went above and beyond to help me get a retainer with a replacement tooth as fast as possible! I am 100% satisfied with the excellent and competent care I receive from Dr. Diez and his staff. Any questions or concerns I may have are fully answered. Their office and patient rooms are always clean and orderly. The cleanings and procedures I've had done are always on-time and efficiently done -- which makes appt scheduling a breeze with my hectic workload. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

I had an emergency extraction and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! Dr. Michael Diez did an outstanding job. I literally had ZERO pain during the entire procedure. It didn't even hurt when poking my gums to get the numbing medicine! Normally that alone is painful with previous dentists. I've had two previous extractions at two different dentists which all were painful and seemed to take forever... but not here!! I'm so happy I chose to come here!! You will too!

I’ve been a Team Diez & Diez for 10 years now. Side note *** I am petrified of a Dentist. I will only go to them. I was hanging on to an upper front Bridge for dear life. The thought of screws in my jaw was worse than giving Birth!!! My Bridge was so loose, it was One pasta noodle away from coming out. And I’m not exaggerating. I had already been on soft food. I knew my time was up. And I knew the only person that I was gonna let do it was daddy Diaz. Or his son. They are both Amazing!! With my schedule, I had Monday off, and Mr. Randall Diaz fit me in. I can’t tell you how much I worked my myself up. He warned me several times when we did the impression that my Bridge would probably come out, and I would have no teeth while the lab was making my denture. So I took a week off of work. Here it is three days later, And I’m fine!! The suction is there, I can talk, I’m still on soft food, But I have been for a long time anyway no big deal. No swelling of the face, No pain. When I walked out out of the office the first day I was expecting to be on the floor, but I wasn’t. He had me come in the next day just to make sure I was OK and I was. I can’t thank you guys enough. I would recommend them over and over and over and over again. I’m technically challenged, but I’ll try to throw some pictures in.

Excellent dentist and great staff. Very professional!! I broke a tooth and was treated as a dental emergency by Dr Michael Diaz. I was so pleased that they saw me on Friday morning and were able to complete the entire crown procedure so quickly. By noon I was on my way home with a brand new crown, not a temporary one. Everything was done perfectly!!

Long story: broke front tooth that my dentist didn’t fix correctly, completely changing my smile. Called Dr. Michael Díez office and the lady listened attentively to my situation and accommodated me for the next day as an emergency. Was greeted by the front desk lady nicely and introduced to the dr’s assistant. Dr. Díez heard what happened and did a full evaluation, not only of the condition of my tooth but checked my bite. He explained on how extreme stress could cause one to grind our teeth and they become vulnerable or even slightly cracked over time. It was enlightening to me what he shared. He offered not only to fix the tooth, but also another one who had some erosion and buffered other two that could create friction in my bite. I was pleased to see my smile back as it was before. And the bonus was that the cost was very reasonable considering his expertise.he also offered the option of a customized bite guard to help if I’m grinding my teeth during sleep. I surely, recommend Dr.Diez for his holistic approach over my situation plus his staff was superb and made the whole experience a good one!
