Genesis Family Dentistry

I had a great experience with Genesis Family Dentistry and Dr. Henderson. From the cleaning to the evaluation and execution of the treatment plan, everything was very clear, organized, and professional. The office is extremely high-tech, modern, and very clean. Parking is also easy and free, which makes the whole experience even more convenient. Dr. Henderson’s assistants and the entire staff were friendly, attentive, and very welcoming throughout the visit. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office in Charlotte.

This Dentistry was great! I’ll 10 out 10 recommend to any and everyone to come here for any work to be done. The staff made sure I was taken care of after going to several other Dentistries that wouldn’t except the ADDP or work with Active Duty military individuals insurance.

Originally I chose this practice because it was 2.5 miles from my house with great reviews - I now live 30 minutes away and refuse to change to a new office. They create loyalty though loving interactions. Dr. Alston is so knowledgeable and relatable The ENTIRE staff is warm, welcoming, informed, supportive, respectful, responsive, willing to compromise. Before any treatments are scheduled, they call or text me with the price after running it though my insurance - I’ve never walked into that office not knowing what my financial responsibility is. They literally do the work for you. They also worked with me and gave me options for payments! I could go on and on, but if you’re looking for a dental practice you’ll love - it’s Genesis. Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Every single person on staff is exceptional. It’s more than being a great dentist from a technical standpoint, they also explain things really well, care about your overall health, are kind and patient, and want you to get the most out of your time, money, and mouth. Genesis is genuinely a patient-centered dental practice.

Today was my first time at this dental facility. I felt and experienced a sense of calmness and peace that I have never felt before in a dentist office. Dr. Alston was very attentive to my needs. Jasmine, her dental assistant, was very polite and also showed compassion. The atmosphere from the moment I walked in the office was so peaceful... totally different from other dental offices I have been in. I highly recommend Genesis Dental to anyone in search of a good Dentist.🙌😊😊

I have been with Dr.Alston since I was a kid now 29 pushing 30! Waaaay back when she was located in eastway square shopping center it’s easy to say this is the longest lasting relationship I’ve had 😂 . Since the very beginning I felt comfortable with her and she has never given me reason to not trust her or her work. I recommend genesis family dentistry to anybody in search of a dental office for generations to come!
