My husband had his dentures made by Alex in the clinic, they were awesome to work with. My husband got the implant lowers and regular uppers. He is very satisfied with them! Everyone in the clinic is very professional and will do anything to help with the experience!

Absolute nightmare dealing with the front office. We had a 2:30 appointment and weren't seen until approximately 45 minutes later. While the delay was frustrating, we remained patient and did not complain. Once we finally met with the denturist, the experience improved significantly. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the various treatment options available, and answered our questions thoroughly. We actually spent more time with him than expected because he was doing such a good job explaining everything. Unfortunately, when we finished, the office manager returned and proceeded to criticize us for taking too much time. That attitude continued when I approached the front counter. I found it completely inappropriate to be reprimanded for the length of an appointment when we were not the cause of the delay and had already waited 45 minutes past our scheduled time. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a dental office where patients are often in pain, anxious, or dealing with difficult health situations. The last thing a patient should experience is being lectured by a staff member for circumstances beyond their control. The denturist earned our confidence, but the front-office experience destroyed it. One employee's attitude single-handedly turned what could have been a significant treatment case into a lost customer. Patients deserve respect, courtesy, and appreciation—not blame.

Had denture that I got relined from my Dentist, it was a mess, hurt, made sores on my gums, Alex fixed it big time. I ordered new denture and decided to cut out part of roof as he did on my old denture. Works perfect and I can eat and actually taste food again. My personal dental history of front teeth spans 57 years and 2 countries. No words really can describe the Best of any Dental experience I have had today with my now Perfect Smile from this Great Team at Geneva Dental.

They're awesome! I called them to see about repairing my denture and I got an appointment for the next day. My denture was repaired (it broke in half) flawlessly the same day. It fits better than brand new one. They're very nice and efficient . I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for everything, I'm soooooo happy with the outcome.

After the dog got hold of my husband’s teeth on a weekend we thought there would be nothing we could do. We own a business and he has to have his teeth. We found Geneva Dental Center online and they got us in right away. His teeth were fixed perfectly same day and now we don’t have to worry about it. Great service and great result. They look perfect!!

My experience….a perfect 10. With a lab right in the office Alex Riabkov CPD, works directly with patients for the best appliance and fitting results. Much better than a dental office sending impressions and dentures out to offsite labs where denturists never see the inside of your mouth or get your feedback on fit issues. Alex does excellent work and will be sure your appliance fits properly. As a courtesy, he even made an adjustment to an old partial and stopped the constant pain I have had since it was new 7 yrs. ago. At Geneva Dental Center I received great work, convenience, pleasant staff and better than average pricing.

We had such a great experience with Alex! My daughter needed a last-minute impression on a Friday night to replace her retainer (the one her orthodontist made had broken, and it holds her two missing incisors). Alex got her in right away and had a brand-new retainer ready for pickup the very next day. The new retainer is far more comfortable and doesn’t have any wire, which she absolutely loves. He even repaired her broken retainer as a backup, which we really appreciated. The office was clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We’re so grateful for the quick turnaround and excellent care. Highly recommend!
